How do you burn games onto DVDs?

Hey guys, a random question but I figured there were some very techno-savy people on TKP that might be able to help me out. At the end of next week i'll be getting underway for a 9 month deployment and will sadly miss the entire football season (why couldn't i have missed last year instead?). We have painfully slow internet but i'll of course try to keep getting on to TKP when i can to stay up to date, as usual. We will have the "Armed Forces Network (AFN)" out there so they usually pick a game to play on TV but i doubt it'll be a VT game (maybe the beat-bama game??). I know that people post the games online a couple days later, but there's no way i'll have the bandwidth to support that.

So here's the question:
A) Where would be a good site to go to to find the games online?
B) How can my wife burn those to a DVD and send them out to me so that i can watch them on a DVD player?
