I have been reading on Vincent lowe a 5'8 170 rb out of grassfield high in Chesapeake, va.Word on the street is this kid is probably the fastest kid in the 2014 cycle.He was in blacksburg this weekend and hopes to get a offer.At a 4.19 I do not see why he was not offered yet.Someone please give some insight?
