still has bama on the top of his list but added LOLUVA and VIRGINIA TECH says he will visit with the two schools and "see how everything comes back"
states he is "looking to play his freshman year and looking for a good education"

http://www.thekeyplay.com/content/2016/january/6/january-2016-recruiting...My mistake. Didn't mean to come off as ignorant.
...which states that decommitments deserve their own threads and linked stories are appreciated. I think this one checks the right boxes.
My bad. Totally read that wrong and got trigger happy.
opppps my bad! joe!? you can take it down if needed. my mistake.
I appreciate the information... the other thread mentioned nothing about the Tech Visit. Thread Nazi's have been strong lately.
No lie.
Here are few reasons I get after ya with the threads. (And I hope others will continue to offer gentle reminders too.)
A descriptive title makes it easier to search for old threads down the road. The Tracker allows folks to filter by title. So if someone 4 months from now filters for "Jaquan Yulee", (s)he will find this thread. It also provides for better search results. Relevant and descriptive titles make sense.
Having major recruiting news as their own threads (commitment, decommitment, offer, etc...) centralizes and organizes topics, makes them more discoverable for other TKPers, and therefore cuts down on duplicate posts.
If TKPers write a well thought out and informative thread body (as per the Community Guidelines), it fosters better discussions, which is what separates TKP from the pack.
New posters pick up on the posting habits of existing community members. If you lazily start a thread with a crappy title, and/or a body that doesn't provide any solid information or foster a discussion, others will do so too.
As online communities grow, they dissolve. TKP is growing very rapidly (over 10,000,000 pagviews in 2015). Some deteriorate quickly, the ones that don't or maintain their integrity the best strictly enforce rules and guidelines. I for one would rather TKP not go to shit like other Virginia Tech / online communities.
I'm all about gentle reminders, and you guys do a great job. Lately it just seems fellow members have been a little more braggadocious than I've been accustomed to around here.

You did the damn thing. This is how it is supposed to be done. Thank you.
Drink!
Kidding, but from what I've heard he doesn't have the grades to come to Blacksburg without prepping.
Now I have to drink for re-commenting.
Grades, they'll get after ya!
Neither did Tim Settle
Just sayin....
Not sure if he can dig out of that hole like Timmy did. May outgrow MLB for us as well.
I still don't understand people's excuse of "he's to "big" to play MLB in Tech's system". It's not that some players are "too" big, it's just that their skill set isn't right for Tech's system. Most guys that are 6-6 265+ at D-End aren't fast enough of the edge to play end for Tech, but you better believe that if a freak like Jadeveon Clowney at 6-6 270 came to Blacksburg he'd be an end. Yulee can definitely be a big time MLB for us even at 250 lbs....as long as his skill set matches what Bud and Co. look for.
Because most people need to rationalize things
Foster's system emphasizes speed over size, so we generally get smaller defensive players. I think this has led to people assuming Foster doesn't want big players, since we generally don't get big guys with the twitch Foster needs. The mistake many make, as you said, is in assuming we wouldn't use a big linebacker. There are only so many players that have both speed and size, and frankly we usually don't get those players. I think Bud would have no problem with a big LB as long as he has the speed to execute the system as he wants it to be executed. There's no such thing as "too big" to play LB for Tech, as long as we aren't sacrificing the speed the scheme requires.
Actually VT doesn't tend to "get" smaller players. Like all but about a dozen schools it generally has to choose between speed/athleticism or size/less athleticism. And VT usually chooses to make offers speed over size.
That's the point I was trying to make, I think you just phrased it better. Most HS players are either big or quick, and given that choice, we choose quick. The players who are big AND quick are less common and we generally lose those guys to other schools.
Those are called 5*'s
Well for one I think he will prolly be in the 260-270 range once he enters a college weight lifting program. And I'm not sure a MLB that big could do what bud asks his MLB's to do.
Perhaps but I would like to risk it. I have seen smaller guys who apparently couldn't those things but they played out of necessity.
Jake Houseright was a big mike who got it done. Vince Hall was stout also. Bruce Taylor played well.
I've read on TOS that Grades aren't an issue.
1. Their DC just went on to be HC at another school
2. He's looking to play closer to home
hopefully he comes to the good guys.
I'm hearing he does have the grades for VT. #Sauces
Inner circle talk- he has yet to take SAT
VT won't let him visit until he has taken it... I know UCF has the same rule.
Come on Down!!!!!

I feel like you're trying to make a point....
I'm not sure what the hell just happened...
Seriously. Fucking ground hogs day there...
I'm not sure what the hell just happened...
To-to-today junior
I don't know how to post gifs or I would have posted the one from Billy Madison. #fail
I have never seen that before. Any relevant information would be helpful (browser, slow connection, hit refresh a bunch, etc...).
Can I reach you offline?
marcb2.... Seriously, what the hell happened? You just set a new internet record for unintentional duplicate posts, and I almost feel obligated to leg you for each one.
Thanks for the laugh!
Logged in and saw 68 new comments, was hoping for some big news.
I thought for sure ShockWave's next alias had arrived and it was time for a smackdown.
One of the reasons I wish people got an actual profile picture instead of the key, it gives me more confidence in their posts.
What the shit is going on?! Lol
Joe just hired the staff from The Sabre to do the coding here.
This thread has more duplicate comments than fans at a UVA spring game.
marcb2 made this thread his bitch.
This has me in tears I am laughing so hard. Sitting next to my wife and she is giving me the stink eye cause I won't stop snort laughing. Man did I need this
There are going to be a lot of people really upset when they come back later tonight or tomorrow, see a huge number of posts on this thread, and then see what happened.
And it will fill my Last day of work before the weekend with such joy and entertainment!
This guy, although I just got out of that terrible Star Wars movie and needed this laugh though
Did you travel back in time and see the Phantom Menace in the theatre, eh?
them's fightin words
I'll vouch for that, but I ain't complaining!
But is he fast enough? I've heard that VT chooses to make offers to speed over size.
I thought his issues where grade related and he was already going to Marshall? Did I miss something?
