I dunno... He's definitely showing he might have a screw or 3 loose. If I were a parent, not sure I'd be ok sending my kid out to learn a professional craft taught by someone who acts like this.
He certainly has a screw or two loose but his players play hard for him, he gets results, and hasn't gotten in trouble with the NCAA.
And for whatever reason parents don't mind that much since he's able to pull in top classes regularly.

Solid defense with a game manager for a qb. I wasn't impressed with Michigan for most of the year but they did give Florida a pretty good waxing.

They were 1 play away from losing to lowly ECU. AT HOME. They sleep walked through a very weak SEC East division. UT got Butch Jones-ed into losing to UF when they really should have won. Florida was beat soundly by Bama. Florida is a bad team. They have been all year. Beating them by a million doesn't make the aggressor a great football team. Tulsa would have absolutely wrecked Florida...just think about that for a moment. I'm not impressed by Michigan's 41-7 drubbing of UF because UF was really bad in 2015.
Vandy looked like a playoff team against UF.
I think UF was ok before Will Grier was suspended, just enough offense behind a good to great defense. However, as soon as Harris took over they became a giant turd rolling down a hill.
