West Virginia cornerbacks coach Brian Mitchell will join Virginia Tech's football staff according to a report from Mike Casazza of the Charleston Gazette-Mail.
Source tells the Charleston Gazette-Mail WVU cornerbacks coach Brian Mitchell is leaving to join staff at Virginia Tech.โ Mike Casazza (@mikecasazza) February 18, 2016
That's a huge loss and not a great look for WVU. Mitchell + Holgorsen are tight. WVU already has new safeties coach, replaces starting CBs.โ Mike Casazza (@mikecasazza) February 18, 2016
Mitchell was in Blacksburg yesterday. I can't find one connection to VT and staff, and Dana and Tony Gibson wanted him to stay. Seems odd.โ Mike Casazza (@mikecasazza) February 18, 2016
For VT fans on the fence or underwhelmed by hire, wait until you meet him and see how players respond and develop. Could do way, way worse.โ Mike Casazza (@mikecasazza) February 18, 2016
A Virginia Tech spokesperson replied to a request for comment from The Key Play, and indicated the hiring process for the vacant position on Justin Fuente's staff isn't complete. That doesn't necessarily refute Casazza's report, it may just mean paperwork, etc, has not been finalized.
Mitchell's coaching tenure includes stops at BYU (1995-05 cornerbacks), Texas Tech (2006-09 cornerbacks), East Carolina (2010-12 defensive coordinator/secondary) and West Virginia (2013-2015 cornerbacks). Mitchel, who is from Waco and played at BYU, doesn't appear to have any Virginia ties, although he's recruited the mid-Atlantic region.
Former Virginia Tech defensive backs coach Torrian Gray left the Hokies for a similar position with the Florida Gators after national signing day.
At this time it's unclear what Mitchell's charge at Virginia Tech will be. It may be coaching the entire secondary, or DBU's coaching responsibilities might be divided up between Mitchell and another assistant (perhaps Galen Scott).

Comments
Just came to ask about this rumor. So who had this guy on their radar?
Suck it, cousins.
This has a very different meaning in Alabama.
I'm just going to go ahead and say that announcing "Suck it, cousins" to 'eers accomplishes the same thing.
WVU=Shelbyville

Pfft, must be why we beat them at football nearly half the time.
My single favorite Simpsons line of all time!
Uhhh, do we really, actually WANT this??
Bud and Fuente do. So I do as well.
I do too! From this interview, he's alright with me. He refers to that DAWG go get em mentality. This is a great hire!
Brian Mitchell spring practice interview
"My approach is always gonna be from a fatherly approach. I'm gonna talk to those guys as if they were one of my kids."
It's a family tradition. I'd say we're about ready for the next set of DBU brothers.
Called it one hour early! And really it's not like this guy is a life long West Virginia coach, he's been there three years and seems to have been moderately successful. I wonder if Bud made connections with him during his time at ECU
Not to throw salt, but he was at ECU before WVU. But I don't really care...coaching is a job. It's not like the guy would be out wearing Mountaineer shirts at practice.
What's wrong with coaching at ECU? They are a solid program, from what I'm reading he was successful there, and then got bumped to a moderately prominent P5 program. The fact that he coached at ECU is a plus if anything, since I'd assume he recruited the mid-Atlantic there
It's not because ECU's program hasn't been successful, it's because I can't stand ECU (like most Hokie fans). Like getting a coach from UVA, except you know, successful.
He was a DC at ECU. Not sure it was a bump up to be the DB coach at WVU. Worth checking into, did he get moved out at ECU? Or was that when Ruff started there?
I didn't realize he was the DC, I thought just a secondary coach
we're fans, most of what we want isn't realistic. also if he's good enough for the coaches he should be good enough for us
Brian must really miss the Black Diamond trophy! If true, I look forward to learning more about him.
I couldn't help myself. In 2015 WVU had the #14 S&P Passing defense and was #5 in the country in DB Havoc rate (passes defensed, forced fumbles, and tackles for loss) having caused havoc on 9.4% of plays. Based on that this would be a really solid hire.
This is why you have a title, sir.
But, is he good looking.
Brian does not approve.
If so, how did that compare to Torian Grays DB stats? Just curious, but that sounds pretty impressive for playing in the offensive minded league the Errrrs compete in. I'm like most here. If he was OK with Bud and Fuente, I am happy and am sure they know what they got and are doing.
Watched a lot of WVU's games over the years, I was raised in WV and can't stand WVU.
That being said, I have always thought that it was amazing how poor the quality of QBs are in the Big 12 and the DBs who allowed them to just throw up jump balls with success. WVU had a good secondary for most of this year, and honestly that is the ONLY reason they went to a bowl game.
I will also say this, I was at the WVU/Baylor game in 2014 and watched WVU play cover 0 all day on Baylor with great success. I think he plays into the Bear scheme well. I expect French to have a better analysis on that though.
Would have been even better if they hadn't lost Karl Joseph halfway through. I'm from WV as well, so I end up watching a lot of games. They have some impressive players in the secondary.
The reason these stats are so important for us to note is because of the pass happy offenses that the Big XII puts on the field.
Exactly.....
I'll have to do some digging on this guy, until then
In true internet fashion this post should have no legs but it is too funny not to upvote.
Have you seen the youtube video of this? It is perfectly neutral upvote to downvote ratio.

Wait, isn't that the name of the restaurant with all the goofy shit on the walls and the mozzarella sticks?
what are these turkey legs of which you speak? Are those the numbers we used to have by our screen names?
I wonder about hiring a coach from a rival. Simply because of credibility and recruiting. They would have spent the last few years bad-mouthing our program to HS coaches and recruits...now they are going back to those same folks and saying "oh...now VT is awesome".
That said, I like this hire...and like it more than West for the reasons above...
Okay, I see your point, BUT... the last time we played was 2005. I think we have other programs we are recruiting against hard, and this guy has been at WVU 3 years.
If he talked that much shit in three years, it would get back around.
I doubt there was a ton of overlap looking at his 5 highest rated recruits they came from Florida/PA/NY/NJ/MD we certainly recruit those areas but I doubt we were the primary program he was competing with
a good recruiter doesn't have to bad mouth another program only good mouth there own. if you do your job good enough you don't need to talk about how someone else is doing theirs. because it shows, if people miss that then are those the people you want in your corner? likely not.
I think Fuente remembers Mitchell's Texas Tech defensive backs while he was at TCU.
I think that is the connection for this hire.
Bud was a part of the decision process for sure, but this is Fuente's staff.
So he had a overlap with Biff while at BYU.
Yes, but he left after 1 season of Mendenhall as his HC. Seems like a smart guy to me.
Recruiting background is about what you would expect from someone who has coached at BYU, TTU, ECU and WVU. Lots of 3 stars.
His focus at WVU was in PA/NY/NJ it seems.
His focus at ECU was in North Carolina.
His focus at TTU was in Texas.
Not a geographically based recruiter, but an experienced recruiter. Probably more so than any of the Memphis hires save Shibest.
I was curious about that, thanks! I do like the fact that he has experience in NC , PA, and NJ, all areas where we have historically recruited to varying degrees.
Yep, I doubt we will need him for Texas, a lot of the Memphis staff worked that area.
I don't sense that Fuente is hiring based on geographical recruiting history. Seems to be comfortable knowing that guys are starting over with new relationships, selling a new product anyway. There is potential in Scott, Wiggins and now Mitchell to be excellent recruiters when selling the VT/Fuente brand. It will be interesting to see where they are slotted.
He was at ECU before West Virginia, so hopefully he provides something in the way of recruiting in the mid-atlantic. He actually coached under UVA's Mendenhall at BYU during 2004 - 2005. He seems to bring a ton of position coach experience as he has been a DB coach since 1994.
From what I can tell, he's been recruiting some areas in Texas (probably due to the BigXII association) and PA+NJ. Nothing jumps off the page as a splash in that regard, which is where I hoped this hire would address. But, the hire will have passed through Bud which means that he's okay in my book.
Seems like a sound hire. I am not sure if there was a home run hire for a DB coach out there at this time.
Not at the price point VT can afford.
Sweet? Sweet...
Ok, yeah, pretty sweet.
via GIPHY
I, for one, like this hire. We posted 10 INTs last year. That doesn't do much for our FAINT count. Or was it TAINT count. It's been so long Fifth. Anyway, how many did WVU post? 23! They are getting after the ball and making plays. I would love to see that next year. We bring in great talent as well. Welcome aboard Brian!
I mean they do play in pass happy Big 12.
Get outta my head, Fireman!! Ha
Okay, so super quick dig into it as I am at work, WVU was thrown at 8 more times and converted 13 additional interceptions.
Not #canesauce but here are my #sauces:
VT Season Stats
WVU Season Stats
Sounds pretty dang good to me.
Did someone say Canes?
A #sauce is inside information a #canessauce means the information is beyond reproach.
OH THE UNMATCHED GLORY OF RAISING CANE'S!!!!
What is in that #sauce????
Edit: but seriously whatever is in it is addictive as shit.
Looks mayo-based, so I won't mess with it. I'm just curious in the interest of science.
HORSEradish
Deeper analysis shows that over 50% of those came against weaker teams:
Georgia Southern: 4 INTs
Maryland: 5 INTs
Kansas: 3 INTs
Okay, let's throw those out. They have 11 quality INTs. Still ahead of us before we remove any "weak" INTs.
Edit: On our side:
2 Ints VS Furman
2 Ints VS Purdue
2 Ints VS Virginia
1 Int VC BC
Furthermore, We did not lost a game where we have multiple interceptions. Of the games we did not have an interception we were 2-4. Those two wins were Georgia Tech and Tulsa. Won by a combined 5 points.
I'd be interested to see ACC vs BXII passing stats. Wonder if playing in such a pass-happy conference has anything to do with that.
The fact that he's coming from WVU doesn't bother me.
The fact that - if we're being honest - no one knew this guy existed before 30 minutes ago bothers me.
Someone in the know, please convince me that this is a great hire. Because given the names we've all heard bandied about for 2 weeks, this feels like a big ol' settle.
(not to be confused with the Big Ol' Settle we already have)
The only other two names we know interviewed were Chip West- Currently unemployed, and Kermit Buggs- who had a successful career at Penn State but was tainted by the sex abuse scandal and hasn't done much since.
Other names tossed around Loren Johnson- Never coached at collegiate level or Anthony Midget- Assistant secondary coach for Texas- big stretch
Honestly this guy was part of a very good WVU defense, played in the NFL, has sent 9 guys to the NFL, and has 5 years experience recruiting the mid-Atlantic. Personally I feel this is a better hire than expected
I don't think Midget was a big stretch considering his time at PSU. But I'm hesitant to default to VT guys, we did that too long around here.
West being currently unemployed was a concern for me. I didn't have any interest in Buggs, except that he has an awesome name.
This is a solid hire.
I think at this point I've just come to expect Whit to make incredible moves every time he has the rock. Feels like a layup instead of a tomahawk dunk.
I'm sure it'll be fine. I'm just surprised that a guy like Chip West is sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. Must not have gone very well in the room
I honestly think any assistant coach hire under any of the coordinator jobs is going to struggle to be the story of the century.
2 points is still 2 points.
this is true and while the 3 point shot is not nearly as fancy (in most cases) as either the dunk or the layup it is still indeed worth more points!
and further more... every attempted slam dunk doesn't always end with desired results.
oh come on we all knew that big fella wasn't getting close to the rim
I have to admit...I don't know another DB coach in the country outside of Torrian.
If the guy can coach...then great. If he can recruit too...awesome.
Yea I think most of the prospects that we have mentioned so far either have VT ties or are currently available. It seems he hasn't been mentioned as he doesn't fall into either category.
I feel like position coaches are like offensive linemen: you rarely hear about them unless they are head and shoulders above the rest. That doesn't mean everyone else is crap, just that it's not a heralded job. Let's face it, a large majority of the Florida fan base had never heard of TGray before he was hired.
That's likely because the majority of talk was just people listing former Tech players and coaches who have recruited the 757 before, not the greatest criterions for a successful coach. No one really seemed to know much.
This right here. How many DBs coaches do most people actually know?
How many college defensive back coaches can you name off the top of your head?
I wouldn't name any of them "off the top of your head". That's just a ridiculous name.
Midget? Who is this, a DB coach for ants?
Message boards and pundits can speculate until the cows come home, but it is the coaches who know who has the strong game and will add to the program. I would have bet money that we had no idea who was going to be hired and I would have won. I bet we all just won with this hire, and I certainly don't think we "settled" in making it.
Hokiesports has already uploaded his profile picture:
Where at? Was just on football roster page of coaches and didn't see anything yet. Did they do the photoshop head on anther person wearing the polo?
NitWhitt's post brought you by the letter...
Boss: Sorry, Luke. I'm just doing my job. You gotta appreciate that.
Luke: Nah - calling it your job don't make it right, Boss.
"What we got here is failure to communicate"
"Still shakin' it here, boss."
Sometimes nothin is a real cool hand
Hey, Lord... whatever I done, don't strike me blind for another couple of minutes.
Mitchell's resume

The 'Neers board is melting down over this, claiming that he was their best defensive assistant.
They have internet?
They have to be able to look up John Denver Youtube videos somehow.
You'd be amazed what you can get reception with when you have unlimited Mtn Dew cans and deer hides.
Yea kind of like us when the announcement was made about Torrian...
I really like Brad Paisley's music, but this comes to mind:
via GIPHY
Judging from the West Virginia message boards, this is a good hire. Seems like they consider him an excellent coach and solid recruiter. Not giving Dana that extension is killing them. Apparently also primarily recruits NJ but recruits Cornerbacks nationally
Good enough for me. Probably the most reliable non "advanced-metric" is fan reaction from the departing side. If they weren't pissed/disappointed, I'd be a lot more worried heh
When it was reported that Chip West interviewed in Blacksburg the common sentiment over on "the sabre" was "Pray they hire him" and "the jokes on them".
Anyone else think it was this Brian Mitchell at first? HTTR lol

EXACTLY what I thought reading the headline. BMitch was so fun to watch returning kicks
He would be able to assist with this aspect of #DBU
this is up there with my favorites. I think the audible shirt is my #1
The 2005 shirt with the Hokie Bird swinging keys on a lanyard is my favorite and unfortunately came out one year before I started school.
Coached under lavell Edwards, Mike Leach, Ruffin McNeill, Dana Holgorsen, and for one year Bronco Mendenhall
Brian Mitchell is bae.
But can he pull off this outfit?
oh and something something outrage at your shallow comment about his appearance
Doubt Williams could pull off those shorts.
Or the sandals.
Or the socks.
I feel like I've worn that outfit numerous times and I'm only 22...
Channeling my inner Torrian in 2012, although, this look follows me pretty much everywhere...there's probably a hundred pics of me looking just like this...
Bonus points for not having the shirt tucked in, and negative points for the camera fanny pack and for the shirt not actually being a VT shirt, although it is a shirt from my VT fraternity....
Leg to the first person who can identify what famous landmark I'm at the visitors center of....
Never been there, but based on the background I am going to guess Natural bridge?
By the look on your face though it could be the First Ladies dresses gallery at the Smithsonian
I'm glad someone else appreciates that hell the same way I do.
Wasting half a day of your weeklong vacation in Germany at the Museum of Eastern European Historical Clothing (or something like that) in Nuremberg with your Clothing and Textiles degreed wife will really put that short hallway into a different perspective for you.
That sounds...... interesting?
The adjoining section on the development of german suits of armor and associated weaponry was interesting. Selling beer in the gift shop is something I supported. I lost interest in the evolution of stitching patterns over time, the relationship between the uses of color, and the affects of Royal fashion on everyday clothing WAY before my wife did.
Nope, not Natural Bridge.....and the look on my face is just that i suck at 'putting on the smile' for pictures......i always wind up looking far more ridiculous than i already do......
I see what you did there... LOL
Just let it go man.
Ha!
I'm glad you didn't feel compelled to comment on his professional credentials. I might have been offended.
Ah, I see Joe is busting out the Red polo today. Valentines weekend must still be in effect.
Guys, this is good news if it's true. The fact that he worked for WVU doesn't make him evil. The fact that he made them a formidable secondary in the Big 12 makes him an encouraging hire.
"The fact that he worked for WVU doesn't make him evil." I agree. Could be, that for him, there were just no more couches to burn.
Played in the NFL
Sent players to the NFL
23 INT last year
Good recruiter (Recruiting Profile)
I am very happy with this hire!!
How about the first game of 2017 is WVU at FedEx Field. Ayyyyyyy burn some upholstery
Looking at WVU stats he can coach. I agree with those who said Fuente is looking for recruiters to sell VT period, he may not have an etched in stone geographic area but if he landed the targets he did at WVU..... While at WVU.....
I love how this message board has become like 10% actually talking about football and the other 90% roasting the entire state of West Virginia
West Virginia =/= WVU.
You're right. We haven't even started on the meth labs yet.
This is how you picture my family I'm assuming
Please, your family could never be as amazing as the legend Jim Ross.
I've also met some of your family.
True. We tend to respect Marshall.
Don't confuse tolerance for respect.
My first thought was that he has experience defending the up tempo spread O's and dealing with limited substitution time. Given the trend in the up tempo direction in college football, and that we struggled in dealing with it in the bowl game, I think this adds a valuable ingredient to Bud's pantry. 23 picks is also impressive and if VT is going to full court press on both sides of the ball, this seems to be a good fit.
Love seeing all the 'neers fans melting down on Twitter. The only thing more comical is the amount of spelling errors included in the rants. No couch jumping in Morontown today!
I know I should feel happy/pleased/satisfied about this, but all it really does is make me miss Professor Gray even MORE. Sorry, not sorry.
I bet he makes his CBs look for the Ball !! You don't get 23 Int. looking at the eyes !
Virginia Tech had 23 interceptions in 2010. Last time I checked, Torrian coached the Hokies' secondary that season, but by all means carry on.
Hosley was outstanding. Glad the Giants drafted him.
If he has to eat crow, does that mean he's a cannibal?
I hope this is a sarcastic comment...
I know no one wants to talk about this, but I'm just going to quietly leave this soul-crushing video here and carry on about my day.
You have a video of every pass breakup? Every non pass that's causes a QB to scramble or get sacked?
Until the NCAA has the same rule as the NFL for pass interference (ball placed at the spot of the foul), I have absolutely no problem with the way our DBs have been playing. I rather get a 15 yard penalty than give up a 30 yard play and possibly a TD because the DB lost a step by looking back at the ball.
Nitpick all you want about the technique but from a statistic standpoint what Foster and Gray were doing usually puts VT in a much better position and results in more incomplete passes.
What are you talking about? From my couch, I can tell you that had he just turned around, it would definitely have been an interception. /s
I agree with you all on a DB seeing the QB and the ball. Without seeing either of these is almost like trying to make a play with your eyes closed. You don't lose steps by seeing the QB and/or the ball in coverage if you practice proper coverage techniques. I've seen these lazy coverage techniques for a while now, even at the NFL level, but that doesn't make them right. Using those techniques, you're just asking for a PI call. It's almost like all the coaches who used to teach coverage techniques suddenly left the game. Guys like Herb Atterley, Michael Haines, and Rod Woodson knew it, and could do it.
So I don't know if anyone watched these but the face coverages from Kendall were sloppy. I'm inclined to blame that on his meniscus.
The vast majority of the PI calls had absolutely nothing to do with not turning the head and following the play. At least 4 or 5 had to do with a slow break on a receiver's move. These led to "holding" type interferences.
Another common one that arose was playing receivers against a boundary. I'm inclined to say that we may not be playing those the best. It seems like our corners try to blanket the receiver just as the ball arrives which causes some of the penalties. Most of those looked rather uncatchable to me (which is rarely called now adays).
Overall, I'd say a significant chunk of these PIs are called when we ARE turned and facing the ball while trying to make an aggressive play.
The stray one or two (Kendall against anOSU and whoever was in the ECU clip) were saving touchdowns and that is just a corner getting torched.
Overall I really enjoyed that watch. Leg!
EDIT: Counted them:
4 were touchdown saving plays w/ face coverage (2 were Kendall)
An additional 4 were face coverage (3 on the sideline 1 in the middle of the field)
3 were plays where the back was turned to the ball of facing the ball
4 were backs who got beat by a receiver's move and were holding pretty much since the snap in some cases
There is no fucking chance I click on that video.
Fuente - 39
Foster - 56
Scott - 36
Burden - 32
Cornelsen - ?
Shibest - 52
Vice - 50
Wiggins - ?
Wiles - 51
Mitchell - 47
Average age: ~45
I wonder how that stacks up with the rest of the league.
Cornelson graduated in 2000, so he's probably right around 37/38. Wiggins graduated in 2003, so he's about 34/35. That makes the average about 43. Basically, 5 coaches under 40, 4 above 50 and one at 47. Nice mix of youthful energy and wisdom from experience.
At first glance this looks like a solid hire. I'm happy that things will start to settle down for our coaches and they can worry more about, you know, coaching. I'm looking forward to August! Football season can never get here soon enough.
ECU and WVU?

kidding, seems like a pretty solid hire

Like all of these new hires I'll reserve judgement until after the season and the recruiting cycle. Fuente is making all of the decisions on his staff so as long as he is happy and Foster has faith in his ability to coach the DBs then its who am I to disagree. Doesn't seem like a home run hire to me as I have never heard of the guy before today, but coaching in the hell hole that is morganhole is definitely not a plus in my book.
do you travel the world and the seven seas?
How many secondary coaches can you name?
2 now.
He has stayed in some places for a while. I wonder if Bud or Galen will take over at Rover since B.Mitchell specializes more on Cornerbacks.
Some have speculated that Galen will coach the safeties. Either way, the two coaches/coach who ends up coaching the secondary will definitely be close under Bud's thumb, as he instills in them what he did with Torrian.
WVU? Best i could do...

He probably got the job because of the goatee in the picture. /s
I really couldn't care less that this guy is from WVU. We haven't played since 2005, and he began coaching there in 2013, so he has no ties to the rivalry whatsoever. In a conference dominated by aerial attacks, he has managed to field a solid secondary the last 2 seasons, and had one of the best in the country in 2015. Had Karl Joseph not torn ACL, they might have been the best. This was a good hire, and we should look past the fact that he coached in Morgantown for 3 seasons prior.
Don't forget his best quality: He wanted out of WVU.
I agree, I am sure the WVU can be washed off of him now that he will have access to showers.
Closest analogy I could think of:

Agreed, if anything, coming most recently from ECU & WVU has given him good experience against some prolific, tempo-based passing offenses, and allowed him to recruit and know the mid-Atlantic. Dude has coached under legends like Lavelle Edwards and Mike Leach. WVU fans appear to be upset about losing him, like we were with TG. Seems like a solid hire to me!
Coach Brian looks like an older version of kyshoen jarret. So this is what Jarret will look 25 years from now. I approve!
Looks like a Hokie to me. Welcome aboard.
Looks like there's trouble in Morgantown, which may have prompted Mitchell to flee a sinking ship.
Mitchell's coaching abilities also get a solid endorsement from a man who knows his football.
Problem in WV started when they got kicked out of VA. Sounding more and more like the home run hire we are starting to expect since Whit became a Hokie.
I always heard it told that WV left VA on their own.
Kinda like Maryland leaving the ACC to their detriment.
My VA elementary school taught the War of Northern Agression, not liberalism, socialism and facts.
Evidently it was a different part of Virginia.
Large portions of what is now West Virginia, particularly in the East and South, voted for secession during the second vote in 1861 http://secession.richmond.edu/visualizations/vote-maps.html# is really handy. But in addition even in regions like the northern panhandle where Union support was strongest, it wasn't unusual for men to fight for the South.
Does Coach Mitchell have a Twitter handle?
https://twitter.com/MitchellWVU
Obviously that will change when he's officially announced. Looks like he's all but confirmed the move himself:
Awesome! Thanks. I did a quick search myself but I didn't see his account. I really dig the social media presence our coaches (Buzz for basketball too) have!
Just glad he uses social media, most of the new Memphis coaches really have to step up their game
FTFY
I know that everyone is reporting this as a done deal but has anyone seen an official announcement? All the initial reports were from last Thursday. Is this something that will be announced on Tech Talk Live tonight?
via GIPHY
HR takes a while, man.
Yeah, the first word will be a press release from the school. Even if the hire is essentially a done deal, if and when Fuente gets asked about it, he'll just demur and say "we'll be ready to talk about that soon." He won't get out in front of the normal rollout that the Athletics Department does, complete with bio, backstory, and social media presence.
Still awaiting Sam Rogers' blessing.
Blood-in, Blood-out. Before he can be official he has to fight Sam Rogers, then Bud Foster, then the Viking Overlord know as "Hilgart the Bald."
That couldn't happen. No one ever gets past Sam.
This should be a thing.
Man taking a long time for his HR work. Surprised it is taking so long to make it offical
Based off #sauses, HR is still waiting on WVU to send them information. It is currently tracking through CPPS
Carrier Pigeon Postal Service
Obviously, they're having a hard time finding someone who can read the request, and someone capable of writing.

BREAKING FOOTAGE FROM WVU:
