Pretty badass! Just imagine Hokie Stone and recycled Wild Turkey bottles all over!
wow that is pretty awesome. i guess thats what SEC money does for you.
Did you see this? $68M, 145sf football facility.

Guess Pac12 money is pretty good, too (or having Nike founder as a major donor).
"EAT YOUR ENEMIES... and the other food groups." Fantastic.
Love the "hall of uniforms". Funny how they can take hideous unis and make them cool. Meanwhile...
What recent Oregon Uni do you find hideous. Their unis are awesome and people say " I don't want to be the Oregon on the east" my question why the hell not. You don't want to be one of the hottest programs with top level recruiting and constant BCs and title game level teams. I welcome that and guess what nice new modern unis are a part of it. 100% a recruiting tool and if you don't think so ask an 18 yr old football player
I don't really think they are hideous (more of a public opinion). In fact, I think they do an outstanding job of branding their "style".
And I agree...I have no problem with our uniforms ideas (execution is a different thing). If changing uniforms brings in top-tier recruits...I'm all for it.
Yea but there are a lot of our alumni base that hates it and only wants the mv7 unis. Guess what that's no enough anymore. We aren't bama/Penn st/ Michigan those are the unis you don't mess with. We don't have that signature look
The murderers version of #ALLMAROOMEVERYTHING IS a signature look.
yes for some of our fans, but not nationally, and when i say signature i mean like should never be touched, really the only ones are michigan, bama, penn st, usc, ohio st very very few schools have that and we simply arent one of them.
Two things came to mind: one, why in the world did Chip Kelly want to leave all this? And two, imagine how much damage Beamer's (new) coaches could do in recruiting if they had resources like this at their disposal?
He left because of the pending NCAA investigation (which turned out easier on them than it should have...different rant).
Imagine all of this built into the new indoor practice facility!!!
Not for Kelly - he got a show-cause penalty. He'd have been fired if he hadn't already moved on...
oregon was gonna fire kelly?
Why is the locker room so gray? It's very THX-1138
That War Room is glorious.
Meh. I guess it attracts recruits, not my style though.
That is pretty insane. Those suite boxes are just ridiculous though. It's a football game, not a poetry reading...
Yea gonna go ahead and say this is going to make kyle field close to death valley as far as being loud is concerned
I would hope that the next time any consideration is given to re-working, expanding, re-modeling, etc. at Lane, that the architects do what aTm did....plan for the effects of noise. That is good planning by their architects.
I love how they want to maximize intimidation. Looks nice.
It will be nice, it will be big, but it won't have any character. BORING.
They have a statue of Danny Coale making the infamous non-catch in the sugar bowl at 3:11.
Not really of course, but that's the first thing that came to mind when I saw that statue.
