David Hale over at ESPN posted this surprisingly well written/well researched article yesterday about Ford and how he is statistically the best overall receiver in the ACC based on last year's stats. The full article can be found at the link below...
So looking over the entire body of work, it certainly seems clear that Ford was the ACC's top receiver a year ago. With Williams now healthy, however, both he and Scott should be in that conversation for 2016, too. If Staples is healthy and Lamar Jackson develops as a passer, he's certainly in the mix, as are Coley, Rudolph, Switzer and Whitfield.
