I can definitely say that I love Virginia Tech, so I can see why we place #1 in the category. We are probably still in the top 3 for food. I think Turner Place was ranked as one of the top dinning halls.

I would think Turner place might have hurt us. It's a beautiful place with great food, but the layout is absolutely atrocious. The whole place stands still if it gets even moderately busy.

I will say this. The longest I've seen the line at cinnabon is probably like 5 people. The Dunkin Donuts line will literally go back to where the conference room is on the other end of Hokie Grill if its breakfast or lunch time. Not even exaggerating.
Not gonna lie, I didn't think my first comment on TKP would be about Cinnabon and Dunkin Donuts.

The school that Princeton listed has been switching with us for years. We've always been among the top 3 since I started seeing the food rankings, and that Maine school has always been there too.

I can't imagine who would want to go to school in Maine, especially during the winter. That being said, the new dining facility seems to be something else (though I haven't been inside).
Anyways, even my many cavalier relatives will concede that our school spirit is impressive.

Idk, if you live up in the northeast I could see you wanting to stay put. And, their on-campus dining features lobster and other various seafood. I know we have some too, but that's their specialty.

Number 2 in food. But the #1 is a boating school in Maine that only has 1 restaurant. As far as full dining services tech is #1

Turner most def didn't hurt. Was named the best single dining hall in the country by one publication
They must not have tried to eat there during the dinner rush.
We were number one in food back when I was there, and West End had just been built. We are still clearly number 1 in food.
Although I hear we don't have a Cinnabon anymore...
We have Dunkin Donuts instead. I think it's an upgrade.
Not an upgrade.
Clearly not an upgrade.
don't watch at work...
I was just thinking of adding this clip to the conversation as well. Just try to argue with Louis... it can't be done.

Well done, you represent the spirit of TKP. Food, beer, and football. Welcome!
When it first opened the lines were really bad, but after about a month the lines got quicker. A coffee and two donuts is only $1.88 on the meal plan.
And 1.88 years off of your life. If I'm killing myself it is for Cinnabon or possibly Krispy Kreme.*
*Carol Lee not listed above due to its scientifically proven health benefits.
I'll give up a year of my life for carol Lee blueberry donuts no question

Unfortunately, I believe that we got bumped down to #4 in food, and JMU is up to #2. Safe to say they're trying to rub it all in my face now
To quote Shai McKenzie, "who?"
