Well, its that time of year again where all our favorite teams refill with talent, and some kids get sentences to a multi-year stay in Oakland or Detroit. It started up last night, with QBs going 1 and 2, to the surprise of absolutely nobody. Lets hope the collective 20 thousand draft picks given up for those 2 are worth it (spoiler: they won't be... just ask Washington or New Orleans about how often betting the farm and mortgaging the future works out in the draft). Denver traded up and got their guy. Considering he was projected as a 2nd round talent, I guess they felt like it was worth it. Then again, considering Sanchez is the other option, nobody can really blame them for the desperate move.
Of course, the players themselves aren't without a little bit of drama this year. Miles Jack got everything started off on the right foot, so to speak, by informing the league he'll need microfracture surgery in the near future. Greg Oden says 'sup'. Much to the surprise of nobody after Round 1, he's still on the board. Biggest fall of the day belongs to Laremy Tunsil, who was 'hacked' before the draft and saw pictures of himself in a gask mask smoking some sort of substance *coughweedcough*. He now joins a list of players including Tyrann Mathieu, Randy Moss, Warren Sapp, and Dan Marino who have seen their draft status plummet because of the affinity for the Devil's leaf, which is a shame considering how those careers played out.
Anyway, now to the part where we all want to talk about, the situation at corner and how long Kendall Fuller is going to wait to hear his name called before he gets to wear the cap of his new employer. Spoiler: he'll hear it called before the end of the 2nd round. Absolute worst case scenario, he falls to 62nd and Carolina trips over itself sending Chris Gamble to the stage to announce his name to be the heir apparent to Josh Norman, who recently took his talents to Landover. My guess is that he is gone before this pick. Regardless, whoever drafts him is going to be getting an absolute steal in the 2nd round. Fuller was taken 84th overall by Washington. His knee injury must be much, much worse than we were led to believe. Not often you pick up a guy in the 2nd 3rd who has the instincts to do this:

Comments
Whoa, that's some serious Matrix shit right there, bro!
Redskins need D-line help in 2nd and 3rd rounds, but I wouldn't mind them snagging Kendall in one of those rounds to keep building up their secondary
We definitely need to pick up either DT or C in the second round. Especially with talent like Reed and Billings falling.
I really wish he wouldn't have gotten injured.
Probablywould've gone in the first round...Definitely*
Indeed. Leg for you sir.
I agree. Wonder how it would have played out if he gotten healthy and stayed for his senior year then entered the draft. Definite first round player, his injury just kept him from it IMO.
Is Malleck entered in the draft?
I think Kendall goes second round.
yes malleck is draft eligible.
Kendall to Panthers in 2nd
Dadi to Cowboys in 5th
Maddy to Miami in 6th
Malleck to Packers in 7th
Love the Dadi to the Cowboys
as a redskins fan, I guess i'll have a love/hate relationship with Dadi if that happens lol
Dadi issues?
I would absolutely flip if Malleck got drafted to the Packers. They have needed a dominant TE for the last couple of years since (blanking on name) got his career cut short due to neck injury.
Malleck just looks like a Packer.
not that there's anything wrong with that...
PLEASE let Malleck to the Packers happen!!
Am I on TKP or a Packers site? Either way, Malleck would be a good pick up for them purely for a Hokie-Packer connection. When they had Boykin a few years back, I'd take the kids to see him when he'd be at memorabilia signings. Of course, I was more excited than than they were. Wish Aaron Rouse would have panned out up here too.
Could also see the Steelers picking up Malleck. I believe they were interested in him, and Heath Miller just retired, so they need another TE. Malleck is also a great receiving threat for Haley's pass-friendly offense. Could be a good fit.
They picked up Ladarius Green to replace Miller.
Ugh please no. I don't really like any of those teams haha.
Neither do I. This is just where I think they'll go.
I think Dadi comes off late 3rd
Hoping whatever team Kendall lands with is a good fit and he can carve his career successfully.
On a totally selfish note, fingers crossed he falls into Carolina's lap. Would love seeing him play here in Charlotte, and on a team with the a monster D and (hopefully) championship caliber for the next few years.
With Norman gone, it's not out of the realm of possibilities depending on how today goes.

Yes, give me this. He would be a dominant player in Carolina. The defense they play would fit his skill set to a T. If he goes there, I don't doubt he could potentially be a starter by the time the playoffs hit.
I think this belongs here.

The Titans have
23 second round picks and need corner help, as probably the only Titans fan on TKP I would love to see him get snagged at one of those two spotsThere's at least two of us!
As evidenced by my "name", make that 3 of us! It would be sweet to see Kendall follow in Vinny's footsteps.
Even if your defensive backfield is full, you should always try to make it a little Fuller.
I'm surprised this doesn't have more legs. I think people need to have a Fuller appreciation for the amount of effort hokie07ME put into this well thought out pun.
Ok, one for each of you, although I'm fuller remorse I cannot come up with a better one.
good 'nuff for a leg from me.
meh, you gotta figure that, after a while, too many puns Kendall your sensitivity to them
Kendall - 2nd round
Dadi - 6th round
Big Lu - 7th round
Malleck - Undrafted, but will get a shot somewhere
Was hoping the Jags would be able to grab him as a steal in the early 3rd if everyone was dumb and let him slide that far. But now that Jalen Ramsey fell in their laps last night that certainly won't happen. Really hope Kendall is taken in the 2nd tonight.
Liked the Panthers pick of Vernon Butler. Glad they didn't reach on Mackensie Alexander when they can hopefully grab Fuller in the second (a better prospect than Alexander when healthy, anyway.)
At first I was a little perplexed, but then saw his tape and... Yeah, he'll fit in just fine. That front 7 is now beyond loaded and should wreak havoc on opposing OLs for a while to come. And even better, the pressure they are going to put on QB while stopping the run is going to make life a lot easier for the secondary, which absolutely makes this a perfect location for Kendall to fall to.
Hope Fuller goes to a good team in Round 2.
All the rest of them are solid players. I feel like they all
deserve a shot. Nicolas seems like he could make an impact.
Same with Maddy. Malleck seems like he would be a great
pro tight end who blocks and catches the occasional pass.
Can't help but think the VT coaching staff/medical staff cost Kendall money by how they handled his knee injury.
Fuller to the Eagles in round 2. They'd need to trade to get a pick but it'd be worth it
I am not sure I would wish being a Eagle on a Hoo. That administration seems like they have no clue. I don't how much that has been cleared up post Kelly but I also remember questionable deals pre Kelly.
The problem there is Howie Roseman. I have no idea how he is still involved in the Eagles administration, other than being best buds with Jeff Lurie. He was the architect behind the disastrous "dream team" a few years back, then when Kelly took all the personnel power, he whined about it and wanted control back. Him in Lurie's ear all the time probably is one part of the reason why Kelly was fired so soon.
Artie Burns is a weird pick for the Steelers, I like Burns, but not as a Steeler corner.
Kendall probably goes early second (as a huge steal). Hopefully Dadi maddy And Malleck hear their names as well in the later rounds. Maybe JCC sneaks in after an impressive pro day, but likely an UDFA
teams are scared of that injury
I think he goes near the middle of the round
Mike Brewer late round pick for Pats and surpasses Brady on the depth chart in training camp?
It could happen right!?
Of note... Bears are in a Defensive rebuild mode and were even in the Josh Norman discussion... Meaning, taking a DB at pick #41 wouldn't be all that shocking, considering their needs, and would provide them with a Fuller on each corner. That might be a first! Da BEARS!
If Kendall doesn't go to the Panthers I'll consider this draft a bust.
Not really, but that's the ultimate best result. Should that happen, I probably won't care about the rest of the draft.
Ok why is the draft coverage only showing 1 pick and then back to commercials. They even just cut off the Giants special guest picker.
E$PN + NFL = $$$$$$$. Who cares about the players as long as the sponsors get their payday? I can recall this was the case in years past, so I stopped watching after Kyle Fuller got drafted. I'll follow the ticker online or Twitter but it bores me to death trying to watch.
Turn on the NFL Network... Much better coverage
Changed over a few minutes ago and yep it's so much better.
He should have came back to Blacksburg.
Titans really need a DB and had 3 2nd rounders yet they passed on Fuller every time. SMDH. No idea why I'm still a Titans fan. FML
I love what they did... They're gonna be pushing teams around now
Kendall Fuller still on the board and the Bears coming up, All Fuller defensive backfield?
It would be cool if the Bears drafted him.
Aaaaaaaand Chicago traded down
Not a great draft class for VT this year (sans Kendall), but we are represented well for guest pickers. Bruce announced the bills pick and Antonio Freeman made the packers selection.
I'm shocked by how far Fuller has fallen,
On one hand I'm surprised he's still there
On the other, as a Panthers fan, I'm liking how this is shaping up
Tampa traded up into the 2nd for a kicker?!?!
I'm having flashbacks of the Jaguars drafting the "weapon" Bryan Anger.
I could see Fuller going to the Saints here...Welp, guess not. Congratulations Panthers.Edit: I guess Samford DBs are better than Kendall Fuller now?
This would make me very happy.... Make it happen, please!
Not Kendall really!?!?!?
I am stunned that Kendall is still on the board. Someone's going to get first-round talent for an absolute steal.
Wow.... Fuller is going to drop to the 3rd....
Declaring early is proving to be disastrous
Kendall's knee must be worse than we've been lead to believe.
It's the only explanation... He's a 1st round talent in the 3rd.... The millions he has lost in this draft might never be recovered. He should have come back at this point.
Yep, his agent may have sold him short.
That's what I thought, ugh I hate this for him.
Unfortunately it looks like either Kendall's knee is really not healing well, or he got some terrible advice.
Declaring early looking like a big mistake right now unfortunately, unless he lands in the right situation
Shades of Shyrone Stith
Whichever scout gave him a declare grade should be blackballed by Tech from now on
I have always questioned VT's ortho docs.. wondering if they were a step down from other top notch places.. seems like they would have to be. They missed the microsurgery thing.
Will Redmond, a corner who sat out the combine and pro days with a knee injury went ahead of Fuller.....
ANOTHER CB taken ahead of him.
And this is another one who is coming off a knee injury...
Either Fuller got terrible advice or his injury is one that has a great chance for long term debilitating effects... That's all I got
3 round, pick7 to the Ravens would be cool for Kendall...being from Baltimore and all...
Let's see if they pull the trigger.
...and they passed on him. Despite being a home town boy at a position of need. This is t looking good. Hoping the Bears will reunite the brothers with 3/9 pick.
Yikes. I'm 0 for 2. I'm going to shut up before I curse him anymore.
Is Kendall also a fan of gas mask bongs or something? Wow.
Chicago is coming back around. There's still a chance to see that scenario play out.
And another corner goes off the board. Are you kidding me?
This is painful now. Poor Kendall
Corner. After corner. After corner. WHY is Kendall still on the board?!
#DBU taking a hit tonight.
Please not Cleveland. Kendall deserves better than that.
Holy crap. 12 CB's and counting before Kendall.
Dat trade up by Carolina though!False alarm.
And a cousin? Really?
WHAT IS GOING ON!?!!
Panthers take 2 DBs... Neither are Fuller...
Well that's enough for me tonight
Kendall should just go ahead and fire his agent now
I guess I am in the fringe minority of homers that didn't think Kendall was a world-beater. He's good, but got smoked several times. That back-dive deflection was against an FCS team.
He was pretty unanimously considered a 1st round pick by all experts prior to this season
2015 cost him 7 figures, easy
Sure, he played hurt this year, but I think we let the last name blind us. I can't think of a game where I thought "holy fuck, Kendall owns this team" unlike a Kyle vs GT. I always thought the lore superseded the performance.
It was during his freshman year so a lot happened since, but his performance against Duke in 2013 was one of the best I've ever seen.
I certainly agree he never reached the potential he had as a recruit and had his fair share of bad plays, but he was still overall a very good CB, maybe not a first round talent but certainly not the 13th or worse best CB in this draft.
Kendall didn't rack up the stats, but that's because teams often didn't throw his way. The frequent line from the commentators was basically, "kiss that half of the field goodbye." In the 2014 OSU game, when Kendall came out with cramps, the announcer mused that they should immediately go after his backup because it would be their first opportunity to go to that side of the field. Whereas you saw Kyle all the time because he was often aligned closer to the middle of the field, Kendall was off to the side, shutting down whoever he faced.
And might I add, I think that Kendall's replacement on those plays was Donavan Riley (IIRC), and he made a house-call to seal the game.
I was a little worried when he went out right before that happened too.
Same here. To an extent, I wonder if Kendall's injury contributed to that sealing play. Barrett may have gotten a little overly excited that he could make a play in that direction. It looked like a completely botched route or mis-timed throw that led to Riley's pick-6. I always thought there was a psychological element there - under pressure and a new opportunity might present itself, but it backfired for the Buckeyes.
You're right. I'm no NFL draft expert. But there are clearly a lot of draft experts that are coming to the same conclusion. I don't think it's unhealthy to take the homer blinders off.
No homer blinders needed. Every draft expert has stated the same thing. First round talent with big injury risk. No doubt he would have been a first round pick if completely healthy.
And its weird that you listed Kyle fullers GT domination as your example since 90% of that work was done at the LOS and did nothing to showcase his corner ability, unlike say the Bama game.
Kendall's knee injury must be absolutely awful. Only explanation. I could see the argument for the first 6 or 7 CB's taken before him but now it's getting ridiculous.
NFL teams must think Kendall's knee is absolutely wrecked. That's the only reason he's slipped this far. It's not just our own bias that views him highly, some very respected NFL experts had him as a first round talent that would likely be 2nd round because of the injury. For him to drop this far, something is up. Because outside of guys like Apple and Hargraves, I'd say Fuller (if healthy) better than every other DB drafted.
It's not like Kendall's knee injury got worse after declaring for the draft. Seems someone led him astray.
I seem to remember we played Fuller while he was injured this year... Please tell me this is wrong, else we come off looking unbelievably incompetent right now.
He was injured since summer camp. Bad look to ever send him to the field this year. We got the standard coach speak that he was "nicked up" or something, but his injury was clearly severe.
Ugh... That's right, and he got torched by Ohio State because of it.
Not a good look at all for the program right now... We could have prevented this or at least avoided worsening the situation.
You know who is going to look worse? All the NFL GMs who drafted the entire OSU defense 1st round "just 'cause." The only defensive player who is certifiably elite was Bosa. The overall talent level masks individual flaws.
Interestingly, Kendall's draft profile on NFL.com has him listed as a projected round 3-4:
http://www.nfl.com/draft/2016/profiles/kendall-fuller?id=2555349
Yet the drumbeat from all the experts was round 1-2. I certainly don't think all the CBs being taken before him are actually better.
"NFL Comparison: Kyle Fuller"
Well that's just lazy analysis. Hey, he's like his brother! (not to mention they don't really play alike)
Basically, you don't want to see your name listed on Mel's "Best Available" list. Kendall has been on that scroll/list for a while now.
Not sure anyone else is watching the NFL Network but the timing of that last commercial break was awesome. As BILLS PICK IS IN scrolls below, the Jim Kelly commercial is sitting while he's going "I didn't want to play in Buffalo, I didn't want to play where it was cold..."
He was just in Cassell last week shooting hoops and looked fine. He even thought second round, so this has to be crushing. Maybe Skins at 21 will take him, I'm still not sold on some of the secondary.
Picked by Washington.
Not the NFC north, but he's going home!
At least he will be close to home. Also gives the Skins 3 Hokie's on the roster.
Three DBs alone. D Hall, Kysheon, and Kendall
EDIT: Apparently James Gayle is currently a Redskin, too:
http://www.redskins.com/team/roster.html
I love this as both a Hokie and skins fan
Yeah Kendall! Love that we ended his draft slide. Gonna come back with a chip...
Bone chip?
Shoulder
Got a little love from Urban Meyer on NFL network too.
So, now that Kendall is off the board, who do we think is the next Hokie to be picked? Dadi? Luther?
I'm not feeling good about anyone right now.
Dadi
That's my bet. Dadi in 5, Luther in 6. Malleck might sneak in but probably UDFA.
Sam Rogers.
Unfortunately, my guess is Bucky next year.
It made me sad making that prediction. I certainly hope I'm wrong, it's just the feeling I get from watching the first three rounds. Maybe someone will take a flier on Dadi because of his freak athleticism in the later rounds. I love Maddy but I worry what NFL coaches think about a 4-3 DT that has never had to read and react or play in a two-gap system. We all love Malleck, but he didn't exactly wow anyone at the combine.
Look, we all love our Hokies and want them to make it to the league, but there are over 100 other FBS teams out there full of guys that can play. That doesn't even account for FCS players who are getting drafted more frequently lately. It's just a numbers game. That's why some of our best and most productive players end up late round picks or UDFAs.
I can be pretty homerific, but years of watching NFL drafts have taught me that, barring elite talent, NFL draft boards tend to rank players much lower than their colleges fanbases.
As a redskin fan... HELL YES!!! I said I would never give Danny boy another penny but I will make an exception for Kendall
I'm so heartbroken.
I hate you redskins.
That's how i felt when Kyle went to Chicago and Corey went to Detroit...
Great to see Kendall finally off the board. Not a Skins fan but since I live in the Skins market, that means I get to see him plenty on the old picture tube.
I'm watching the ESPN broadcast and Kiper's comments pretty much explained why he fell. He said something to the effect of "Might not be ready for training camp, still trying to get to 100%". But that's past, he's in. GO GET EM KENDALL!!
Yeesh, they're saying Kendall is still trying to build up strength in his knee nearly what, 10 months since it was originally hurt. And that right there is why he turned into a mid 3rd rounder.
Just heard this gem on the radio r.e. the draft:
Myles Jack should've wrapped his knee in a gas mask, he'd have been fine.
Real happy for Kendall. DC is a great place for him to be.
3 Hokies DB's!

(No, I can't explain why they have Sonny Utz listed twice in the 1965 draft-he played a year for the Cowboys, then Edmonton.)
Cardale Jones is now Tyrod's backup.
He is going to be a bust, what a wasted pick.
4th round is a time to take risks. I'm no Cardale fan either. He's definitely a project but hard to be a bust when there's little pressure to be the starter any time soon.
0% chance. Cardale is going to be an excellent pro but he'll need to take the Aaron Rodgers path and sit for a few years first. Now the Bills have Tyrod, Cardale, and EJ Manuel. I've been waiting for a team to do this. All three are mobile, EJ being the least mobile of the three. Unlike the Redskins with RGIII and Kirk Cousins, if Tyrod goes down, they can run the same offense because all three guys have the ability to move. When RGIII went down, the whole offense had to be remade. Cardale landed in a great spot for him and I think he's closer to Ben Rapelisburger than Jamarcus Russel
John Harbaugh going hard with those Star Trek references on NFL network.
Someone drafted a punter and it wasn't AJ?
Keenan Reynolds to Baltimore, that's awesome. Kid can ball.
How does that work with the whole Navy thing?
They will make it work. It's great PR for the Navy.
When a service academy player is drafted, it is handled on a case-by-case basis by that branch of service, but typically they work something out for the player to serve in the reserves or defer starting their military commitment as long as they are under contract. The rationale for the exception from the standard required active service immediately following graduation is that that the military gains positive exposure from the player being drafted by an NFL team.
They will blow that 7 year thing away.
He service selected Information Warfare, so it's quite possible they stick him at Ft. Meade. Or just have him work at a recruiting center. Or the team can buy his service obligation back from the navy.
Sonny Utz was probably listed twice since, in 1965, the AFL and NFL hadn't yet merged, so he was drafted by Dallas in the NFL draft and the Jets in the AFL draft.
(Sign me "resident old guy")
Now there's a name I didn't plan on seeing today. My dad played with him in high school at Annandale.
Dadi to the Chiefs!
And Dadi just went to the Chiefs.
Dadi to the Chiefs in the 6th round!
Dadi to KC and a Bill & Mary prospect goes drafted before any loluva one
I see 3 drinks.
Love that landing spot for Dadi. The way they play D I think they can find a spot for him to be useful
First hoo off the board
Syracuse may have the first ACC punter off the board, but can he do this?
Still gets me that we muffed a punt into our end zone and they still had to call a fair catch.
LMAO! He still kicked it 55+ yards. Miss that guy already!
Looks like Malleck has landed with the Giants.
Beat me to it by like 10 seconds
Awesome news. He has been one of my favorite Hokies.
Malleck or Stinespring? For all the flack he got from us fans, Stiney still reps the Hokies.
I was thinking of Malleck, but I always like Stiney even when he was over his head as a offensive coordinator.
How did Jeremy Cash not get drafted? Oh well, I'm pumped the Panthers signed him as a UDFA and expect him to easily make the 53 man roster.
That's what I'm saying. Dude transferred out of tOSU to Duke and was ACC DPOTY. I would think that would get you at least drafted, especially considering multiple punters, a basketball player from Baylor that never played a snap of college football, and a guy that played in Germany all got their names called on draft day rather than him.
Being a college conference player of the year or any other award doesn't mean a lot in the NFL. Look at long list of Heisman busts and a very recent SEC defensive player of the year player.
Find me a long list of Heisman busts. Other than Manziel, I would argue recent Heisman winners have had success at the next level. Sure there can be busts that win big awards, but I feel like for the most part those guys end up panning out just as well too.
Manziel, RGIII, Bradford, Tebow, Smith, Leinhart, White, Crouch, Weinke, Dayne all busts and then you have just average in NFL: Bush, Ingram
Manziel and Leinhart were both HUGE busts, agreed. But Winston and Mariota both have huge upside, RG3 led his team the playoffs his rookie year, Carson Palmer was at times the best QB in the league this past year, Cam won MVP, Ingram has been a Pro Bowl level RB for 2 years now, Bradford (though far from anything great) is an NFL starter, Tebow had short-term success, Charles Woodson is a future HOFer. I just think the narrative that all Heisman winner are "busts" is far from the truth. Same with any other award.
Man, I hate Cash. He destroyed us. Maybe he has an extra vertebrate or something as a reason why his name was not called.
Also destroyed Georgia Tech's option Fuller style. Really good player.
Looking forward to seeing what Malleck does with the Giants.
Seems to have some great attributes as a pro tight end.
Agreed. At the college level he was always going to be in Bucky's shadow, but at the pro level I'll take Malleck blocking for my QB all Sunday long.
I will never forget him destroying Quin Blanding's poor soul. If he doesn't make that play, we likely lose that game.
It was so devastating to Quin it caused him to suffer a complete break from reality. "We're going to a bowl."
RM will stick. RM will catch TDS!
love seeing my G-Men add Hokies
AJ Hughes is also going to this mini camp tryout for the Saints.
Way to go Wade. From RPI DL to VPI as an OL starter and another notch on your belt with a trip to an NFL camp. IMHO I'd say you've had a good ride and will have some better stories for the grandkids. That's a lot of acronyms. Hope you find another gear and take it to the HOF.
Go Hokies!
Really thought more guys would get UDFA contracts and not just try outs.
Mini camp tryouts flying in: AJ Hughes, Luther Maddy Saints, Riley Ravens, Hansen Steelers, Deon Clarke Seattle so far.
Corey Marshall just signed UDFA contract with the Saints....who dat!
UDFA or rookie camp tryout?
Here's the tweet.
Thanks...I need to learn how to embed tweets!
Looks like he is a tryout guy also. Real shame all these guys are not getting UDFA contracts. Thought at least one or two of them would.
I was told he signed a contract with the Saints as an UDFA. Don't know how to embed tweets, but source was Josh Mathews (RVA gamebreakers). A bunch of his hometown friends also tweeted the same and was confirmed here in Dinwiddie by his mom, Joy.
Kinda bummed the Panthers went yet another year without picking up a Hokie. However, we did sign that WR from Tulsa who scorched us over and over again. How did that guy not get drafted??
Because GM's are butt
CBS 2017 Mock Draft
They have Bucky going to the patriots in round 1.
32. New England Patriots
Bucky Hodges, TE, Virginia Tech: A former quarterback, Hodges has intriguing athleticism at 6-foot-7 and 245 pounds with first round potential if he takes his game to the next level for the Hokies in 2016.
they really think the Pats have what it takes to win the SB?
I'd bet good money Kaaya goes top 5. Also, here's one with Ford going to Panthers, from a site that likely put a lot more thought into it than cbs as well.
http://walterfootball.com/draft2017_1.php
30. Panthers
Issaiah Ford, WR, Virginia Tech: This is not a case of the Panthers chasing a position, as they've proven that they'll take the top prospect on their board. However, Isaiah Ford is the best player available, and he does make sense, as Carolina could use another wideout.
I cannot believe that someone thinks that Bruce Arians is dumb enough to draft Swag Kelly in the first round.
He drafted Honey Badger and Nkemdiche. Clearly character concerns don't bother him
But Honey Badger is a really good football player and Nkemdiche is an athletic freak. Chad Kelly is neither of those two things.
Besides, Kelly talks about having "swagger". Arians actually has it.
I always imagined Sam would be one to fall under the radar, but at least one source knows what the hell they're talking about as the number 1 rated fullback in next year's draft class.

Malleck's deal with the Giants is 3 yr, $1.6M:
