I place people based on a few factors: how well you've done in the past (oh, I've been watching), who you've played with in the past (trying to build some forced rivalries like VT-BC), your scoring preferences, and your draft time preferences.
In general, I'd like to schedule the drafts in the 10 day stretch between Monday, August 29 and Wednesday, September 7 (preferably closer to the latter, as NFL starts Thursday September 8), so please especially let me know if you'll be out of town during that span.
One winner gets their choice of something from the TKP store or a $20 donation to the site in their name. Winner is determined by comparing all league champions' scores in their championship week. Big congrats to Helo_Hokie for winning last year.

I've played online fantasy football with a group of firefighters and now TKP for about 9 years. Every season a player I've drafted has a serious injury in the first few weeks, well this week both my teams had this happen. Peterson and Woodhead. The streak lives on.

Unfortunately I won't have the time to organize TKP fantasy football this year. If someone else wants to volunteer, go for it. It doesn't consume your life or anything...it's mostly just upfront planning to get people in the right leagues (based on their scoring and draft date preferences).
