I like his comment about Bama's graduation rate. Its an interesting perspective on recruiting to say the least. I know that here at TKP we get frustrated at kids because they decide they want to go to school somewhere other than the school that we all love, and question how that is possible. But it goes to show you that every program deals with the same thing, even when you win back to back NCs

I played football with him on the drillfield once! He takes his pick up tackle football almost as seriously as the actual game.
Yeah we used to play every Friday. It was so serious that a lot of folks came one week and never came back. Those games caused a few broken bones (my ankle included) and bloody noses but were always fun. I used to look forward to those games the whole week #Imisscollege
I played on Fridays with a group of friends when I was free. But, I never saw that group again. This was 2 years ago though.
I used to play tackle with friends the night before every game. My future roommate gave me a concussion once...but it pretty much set me up with a girl I ended up dating for 3 1/2 years. Craziest unintentional wingman situation ever.

You mean you'll be 12-1 this season, heading to the Sugar Bowl. We'll be playing Louisville in Pasadena, Jan 6th, 2014. So at least you won't have to worry about them like Florida did. Or, I guess, Florida didn't.

Welcome home and thanks for your service. It's always fun to have a few level-headed "enemy" fans around for good discussion and good-natured trash talk. I may kid about Bama and Saban every chance I get, but I do respect what they've put together. Expect the best from our guys, though. I think it will be a much better matchup than most of the media would otherwise have everyone believe.

Its been fun. I posted on one of these threads earlier and I thought why not have a friendly wager. If VT happens to beat Bama in the on 31 Aug this year. I will shave my head... ok yeah thats not gonna be to noticable LOL. Seriously though. If that happens I will take a pic of me wearing a VT shirt. Considering the fact my wife is an Aunburn fan she will be all to over come with joy to take the pic. smh. Of course someone would have to send me one and I will even cheer for VT every game they play.If they do go to the rose bowl. Ill put on a VT jeresy and cheer for them. Now who on here is willing to do that if Bama wins?? With the Bama shirt that is?? LOL
