I have to ask, but I'm assuming you don't have an active cable subscription, right? If you are asking about Kodi you are already more competent than ~99% of the general population, and you probably already ran your ESPN3 options to ground.
Unfortunately I did run the espn3 options to ground and do not have cable. We're in South Korea so unfortunately no cable options here. Do you know of any Kodi channels to watch replays?
There are several kodi add ons that have sports replays but not usually ncaaf ones. I purchased sling tv to utilize their ESPN streaming. Or have someone from the states give you their cable TV login information for watch ESPN. There is usually streaming sites online that stream every sport and game imaginable but remember to use protection
So... no local broadcasts, and the only way to watch it is if you subscribe to ESPN in some way.
Sometimes cutting the cord is more painful than others.

So glad I went to that game. All of the fans around me stayed (like me) to the very end. And all of us agreed it was nice to maintain the shutout, we had to look up 2012 - Bowling Green to see when the last time we had done it.
We were also happy to see the foot on the throat for the entire damn game.
