Or SU is down so badly, and they've been physically beat up so badly we put out our 6th string defense which is a collection of water and Gatorade coolers. Sure cooler #6 recorded 15 tackles including 6 for a loss, but cooler #4 gets burned in secondary twice by Etta-Tawo. SU has to go for the desperation 2 even though everyone else knew it was garbage time.

I see us taking away the deep ball and keeping the ball in front of the secondary. Syracuse may get toward the red zone a few times with methodical short-yardage gains, but as was alluded to in the Syracuse Q&A, the defense should stop them there and Settle for FGs. The touchdown may come in garbage time or on a busted play a la ECU.

I think I'll try this. Been mulling the cord cutting, and I want to watch the game. Do you use this yourself, any testimonials?
We use it instead of cable. The syncing can be iffy sometimes, but overall no complaints as far as content. I linked it to WatchESPN which tends to have the ABC games whereas the Sling app itself doesn't.
We get a ton of college games on the Roku through WatchESPN; every VT game can be watched this way. There's a catch; you have to be able to sign in through somebody's cable login. (The mother in law across the state hooks up all her kids across the country with hers.)
Sling is like $22 a month for basic cable, but only a couple ESPN channels. The WatchESPN Stream is better than Sling (less choppy/ interruptions), not sure if that's how everybody feels but it seems like we had to stop using the Sling app to watch football games last year because it wasn't working very well.
When I had cable I would still have to stream a couple VT games a year anyway (I live in Ohio).
I haven't had any issues with it so far on the sling app or through Watchespn, and I've been using it on my phone, or at best on a pc using my phone for internet, so like 20 megs down at best and it's still been consistently good for me. It's been a huge upgrade over cable in terms of value, and the experience has been as better (didn't have to deal with Comcast or access media customer service/employees).

I was a part of the 'cursed' class of 2016, blessed with 4 years of mediocre football. We were 6-1, ranked #13 in the BCS I believe when Duke rolled in and beat us without completing a single pass in the second half of the game and having 5 turnovers. I remember seeing the orange jerseys and prayed we burn everything related to orange forever.
That's why that game sticks with me the most. I was a bit young to truly appreciate the awfulness that was JMU.
