This is my first post.
I was at Tech between 2001-2005 but was too detached with my school work (engineering school) to really get into sports. I regret that now. Does anybody have any of the tees from that period to sell, or could you at least post pictures? I've been to grad school now and am working fulltime. but I miss those years.

KodiakBear- welcome to the boards. I was at VT from 04-08 and also am in Grad School now so I can relate. Though I don't have the 2004 Orange Effect shirt in my closet here it was actually rather plain just with a VT on the front with Orange Effect on top and 2004 on the bottom of the VT logo with the Hokie Bird on the back. If you ever get the chance to get back out to Blacksburg head over to Squires and on the first and second floors (I know for a fact the second) they have the framed Orange Effect shirts from the years that VT Athletics has sponsored such a shirt distribution. I know a set resides near the Colonial Room (or whatever the Ballroom is called now where the career fairs for CLAHS are held) on the second floor on both sides of the entrance. If you have the chance to make it to a game or for a visit that is a good place to start.
Good luck getting those! I don't know too many who would part with them but if I do come across a buddy who wouldn't mind or makes a mention I will let you know.

Yeah the only ones I don't have are the 2005 (both games) cause I remember making the choice between getting a friend to buy me beer or get the shirts. At the time it seemed like a great decision.
