In an article released by Andrea Adelson of ESPN, she reports that Pat Narduzzi has been fined $5K for his criticism and lack of sportsmanship at Thursday's game with VT. Jimbo Fisher was fined $20K for his outburst. Both are receiving "public reprimands." Seems a little out of proportion since Narduzzi's obnoxious behavior spanned the whole game and Pitt didn't even get a flag like Florida State did. It would have made more sense to give Narduzzi the $20K fine. I am not sure if there is a progressive scale or sanctions for conduct like this but if there isn't then there needs to be. I would be interested in seeing reprimands and worse going toward the officials at the Pitt game. Bring out the pitchforks and torches!

Glad he got a fine and a public reprimand, though. His behavior was unacceptable.
I was wondering why people were complaining about a bad chop block call in the FSU game. Turns out it's because Fisher said the wrong thing in the post game.
Yeah, it was the block below the waist call that Teller was picking up a lot in early games.
Yeah Fisher's fine is from calling the refs cowardly in the postgame, and perhaps his sideline outburst as well.
Well, for a decade now it appears in important games that the ref's have an agenda or a lean towards one team or another. In this case if Clemson loses, the ACC gets left out of the playoff most likely. Louisville's strength of schedule keeps dropping and I can see them potentially leaving them out after their recent struggles.
Having many friends who are Clemson fans, they were saying in one of our group texts the other day "I know what it feels like to be Duke during basketball season getting all these calls" so some (definitely not all) are acknowledging the favorable officiating they are receiving.
