Chris Fowler with John Laaser

A day before the game and an objective national opinion on our eventual loss. Good stuff. I am ready for the Belch Bowl but so looking to year two. Nationally, VT did it right.

Sandman the pigs.

Met Fowler and Corso after one of the '99 gamedays. They are GREAT guys. Incredibly grounded and humble.

'Its easy to grin, when your ship comes in, and you've got the stock market beat,
but the man worthwhile, is the man who can smile, when his shorts are too tight in the seat'

The Belch Bowl sounds interesting.

Fun story, my wife let out a giant, echoing belch while in line at Belk this weekend. She thought it was going to be silent, but it was not. She then proceeded to turn Chicago Maroon.

I was expecting Laaser to interview in his excited growl voice.

HOKIES

I love Fowler. To be ESPN's prized pony of announcers, he seems like just like such a genuinely good dude. I think Reece Davis has done great with Gameday (and deserved the spot after all the years of having to wear a judge's outfit for a dumbass thing with Lou Holtz (2nd Holtz reference today from me for those keeping score) and Mark May), but I was sad when I found out the Mothership had bigger and better things for Chris.

Amateur superstar and idiot extraordinaire.
