Well Mississippi State and North Texas went bowling at 5-7 this year. Miss St is in St Petersburg bowl which was an ACC affiliation bowl if we had enough eligible teams so there is a chance if they were 5-7 they would have gotten in.

JMU has been crowned NCAA Football Champions, having defeated the Youngstown State Fighting Bo Pelinis 28-14 this afternoon. Three scores off turnovers and a short punt. Not much offense in 2nd half but the outcome was never really in question with defense and ST in control for most of the contest. This is coach Houston's first season there, where some speculated Shane Beamer or Bryan Stinespring might have gotten a HC opportunity.
