Knew you folks had to hear this...some of you will never forgive me, lol.
The article said a relief pitcher has used Enter Sandman for his entrance since 1999...hmmm.

I realize you may or may not be a baseball fan, but PLEASE tell me you knew that Enter Sandman was Mariano Rivera's entrance song or at least that you briefly forgot. I'm not a Yankees fan, but the man is iconic and will be the last person to ever wear the number 42 in all of baseball.
Yeah, plenty of sports venues have used "Enter Sandman" over the years for big entrances. We just do it best!
Yeah, but I have to say that the two best uses are Mo and us. They are the most well known uses of it as an entrance song at least.
Why do I find this so amazing??
Alas, I must disappoint...I am not a baseball fan and had no clue, lol.
This makes me think of this:
A relief pitcher?? I'm an O's fan but Mo is the greatest relief pitcher not only in our generation but probably of all time. He's not just "a relief pitcher".
that is badass. i'm gonna download that and play the shit out of it at the marshall tailgate.
