I actually don't mind this one. They put this out on Monday as everyone was giving United a well deserved thrashing on Social Media. Actually shows the account was dialed into the hot topic of the moment. This isn't like the epicenter tweet from last year when it came across as tone deaf compared to how the rest of Twitter was handling that same situation.

For a second, I thought it was posted today, which would have been cringe worthy, but seeing that it was from Monday? Sounds good to me.
