I had a moment of inspiration while going through practice photos from Monday and realized I had the entire interaction between QB Josh Jackson and Holland, A Very Good Dog.

uhhh am I missing something? This needs more context....
Really, that was about it. They let students onto the field after practice to take photos and sign autographs on Monday and one of them brought her dog to Lane.
They're good dogs avtpan
He's a good quarterback, Hollande.
H*ckin nice call
yes.
Whatup dawg!
Looks like some kind of Mastiff. Anybody know? I want ten.

That's a good dog trying to keep you from shitty beer.
Agreed, I don't like Bud Lite.
It's difficult to analyze much from these short clips, but:
It's a solid rep from Jackson.
His stance is solid. He could open it just a hair, then he wouldn't lean as much on his left arm as his weight is a bit forward.
That might slow him down in a game situation.
Petting hand technique is solid with a behind the ear rub ending with a hair tossle. It creates a tight mesh point and he and Holland are locked until just at the end-makes it harder for a defender to key.
I'd like to see something from the other QB's, but Jackson maybe becoming a favorite here.
The play graded out at a 12/10 in the film session afterwards.
Ed Wang would have been called for holding, though.
Solid TKPing all around right here
We shouldn't read too much into spring practice dog petting though. That dog belongs to a Hokie student, and the game plan was pure vanilla. Need to see Jackson in a live situation this fall with a strange dog.
I don't know you, but I love you.
In a Hokie way, of course.
You set the table, dude. I just came to dinner.
(Back at you with Hokie love.)
Shoog that might be the post of the off season!
Alternative title: "Ruffing the Passer"
Opportunity missed, Umansky.
This is why I have y'all to help me out here.
Basically rooting for Jackson to win QB1 so I can use this GIF during the season.

YES.
I think the correct call should be "Giving him the business"
Awesome but your intro is misleading, all dogs are good dogs. Cats on the other hand are shady as fawk!
Yep!

Normally, I would respond in kind with "cats rule, dogs drool". But since we're both Navy vets, I'll allow it to stand undisputed.
Besides, dogs and cats are mutually beneficial pets, one will steal your cheeseburger, the other your socks.
Edit: or your lightsaber apparently.
I've always said, I love my dogs, I feed my cat.
This thread has been awesome.
Nothing ARFul thus far.
Dogs rule! Sooo PAWesome!!!
This is why I love this site.
Apparently, it was also hand-in-your-pocket day at practice
Well played.
