In football news, the coaches are expecting a recruit this week like I said in an earlier thread. That's the good news but here's the bad news. Ryan Izzo should commit to FSU very soon, apparently his visit down there went great. If he doesn't commit until after he visits VT (doubtful that he will) then Tech might still be in it, but that would take a miracle it now seems. And if I were to guess who the commit will be, I would say Kendrick Holland, WR out of Florida.

re: Ryan Izzo, I checked 247 to confirm he's the player that I was thinking of and noticed in the pictures of his FSU visit it appears they had an attractive brunette escorting him around on the sideline, so I'm sure that helps out a little. :P

actually, most schools have pretty girls who show recruits and their families around campus. they're called assistant recruiters. i'm sure vt has them. a good friend of mine's wife used to be one at uva. al groh was at their wedding.
VT has plenty of pretty girls. FSU is just overstocked with them.
i dont mean just hot chicks around campus, i mean employees of the athletic department who do that job. they tend to be attractive young women, not students though.
VT has a group called the Lunch Pail Ladies. Many of them are other athletes including Bailey Liddle and Kat Banks from the softball team, Johnna Dominick from track, and Katie DeTuro and Kelley Conheeney from soccer. They are the ambassadors for the football team and recruits on campus.

This seems strangely appropriate. My old high school and his high school have a good bit of disdain for each other. Nice to see this continuing into college.

Lang and Bibbs were high priorities for JJ. Of course so was Wade Baldwin and he picked Vandy. Anyone that wants to see the men's team(I know, it's not a lot of people up here) they are practicing at 9am Saturday in Cassell.
