In the Cake/Pie relationship...Cake is like the older sibling who is jealous of Pie because they know Pie is the favorite. While Pie does't care they are just living their life because they're awesome.
I'm definitely Pie, especially a nice Apple pie. but I'm curious after my recent trip to 7-11 and seeing a brookie (Brownie and Cookie put together) Is there a potential to lump these 2 together (Pie and Cake)..Pieke or Cakie or Cakpie...or Pieca.I imagine a Cake of some sort on the bottom wrapped with Pie Crust, topped with Pie filling (preferably apple)...my mind just exploded and i'm only on my first coffee....

yep, except the only contribution from Team Cake is the misnomer. Everything that is good about cheesecake comes from Team Pie, as one would expect.
So Team Cake is basically the deadbeat dad of cheesecake and Team Pie is the hardworking single mom that raises her boy into a fine human being.
