If you are in an area that is currently supported
I have been a huge supporter of YouTube TV but have not pulled the trigger because it isn't on Xbox One yet. I am going to be testing out the free trial for two weeks so I can watch this weeks game as it is on CBS Sportsnetwork and that channel is just a pain to get if you don't have cable and depend on the watch espn app. I recommend everyone go through this method to watch the game. Remember to cancel the account after the 2 weeks or they will bill you. But if they do bill you, you get a free google chromecast. Anyways, here's a list of all the relevant channels for college football this $35 service gets you...
ABC
NBC
FOX
CBS
Big Ten Network
CBS Sports Network
Comcast Regional Sports Networks
ESPN
ESPN2
ESPNews
ESPNU
Fox Regional Sports Networks
FS1
FS2
NBCSN
SEC Network

I use it currently and it's great so far. You can even search for Virginia Tech and select football and basketball. Once a game airs, it automatically records it for you and stores it in the cloud. YouTube TV has unlimited DVR space so you could really record anything that airs on TV. Although, I'm not sure it's available in all markets yet.
Current Market List - Notable Hokie Markets Listed: D.C, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Atlanta
Yea I am in the D.C. market and can family share with someone in c-ville. But only 3 people can watch live streams at once so choose who you share with wisely
Just noticed Playstation Vue has added CBS Sports Network to their service. Just in time!
Vue has a five day trial and is available in all markets (local channels obviously vary).
Would you happen to know which Vue package CBS SN is in, by chance? We have the Core level - but I don't think I've ever really bothered to notice whether or not CBS SN is included in that package...
I have core and it showed up today!
That's fantastic! I was worried about trying to figure out how to watch the game this weekend, now it sounds like I don't have to worry at all! I'll check when I get home (I'll probably need to update stuff), thanks for the heads-up!
