Damn. I really think Buzz underutilized Johnny. I remember watching him ball out in warmups and I think an athletic big man is something we've always needed extremely badly.

It's pretty hard to get playing time when you get a season ending injury in game 3 of the season.
This is a little surprising given the recent news about Outlaw. Although Blackshear will return to the floor with Sy, Horne and Fullard (not much information on the last two) our numbers are pretty slim for grabbing boards.
If Clarke can return I can understand his decision, but there hasn't been much news on that front.
This is the first time it was announced he pursued and was granted a 6th year. I just figured he was done with college basketball / graduating. Hope he gets some playing time in Texas.
