If I had a nickel for every time I read an article about da U finally being bak, I would be able to buy all the boats and hoes Miami would need to actually be back.

i believe it...they are 4-1 after all...if they win next week to go to 5-1 they'll get some votes in the actual polls. it'll hurt more when we neck-stomp them in November if they're ranked rather than being 2-9, in my opinion. make them think they stand a chance then wipe away all hope in the first half.

Okay in all seriousness UVA could have a weird run of games that they could/should conceivably handle. Their next 5 games are @UNC, BC, @Pitt, GT, @UL. Maybe I'm crazy but is it conceivable to get 3/4 wins out of that stretch? UNC is killed by injury, BC has its problems as we saw, and Pitt seems to have similar problems in coverage like last year. Three winnable games. GT probably hard to beat, triple option gives everyone fits. As For Louisville, how impressive are they? Wins against Purdue, UNC (see above), but Kent State and Murray State. Is the Lamar Jackson show enough? Maybe I'm buying in too early, thoughts?

That's a good comparison thinking back to the game last year (which gave us UVA kid slumped over wall 2.0). Louisville feels down this year, there should be more hype around a team with the reigning Heisman winner. It feels like they could get over the hump this year.

Is the LOLUVA athletic department handing out free copies of Moana at the end of the game? I think that's the only way to keep wahoos at Lane North to 00:00.

According le Sabre, the fans are really hoping to feel up the stadium. This fine UVA intellectual has a really gud filling about it. He's got really gud grammar two.
For so many years we have struggled in football if we continue Winning the stadium will slowly feel back up to where it's a sale out each week if u think back to the welsh years and the beginning of the groh era we sold out often it took about 17 years of pain to get to where we are at now. It will be a slow process but it will fill up again. Each week this team improves I have not seen this since the welsh years I believe we have the rite coach and the future is bright it feels so good to wake up on Sundays again and to be excited to look at the paper.
there is obviously some improvement since last year, but they really haven't played anyone yet. Boise is their biggest win. They aren't the Boise under their old coach, but they aren't a bad team. Maybe it was a bad matchup for Boise...maybe they just had a bad game. Who knows.
I looked at Boise State's results:
Beat Troy 24-13 (Troy beat LSU)
Lost to Washington State 47-44 (WSU is good)
Beat NM 28-14 (NM is 3-2; no real opponents)
Lost to UVA 42-23
Beat BYU 24-7 (BYU is awful)
Boise State is 3-2 with one loss to a very good WSU team. Maybe the UVA win against them was against a solid/good team.
UVA could be 7-1 by the time they meet GT. They play UNC, BC, and Pitt. After that they play GT, Louisville, Miami, and VT. I do think that UVA will be in a bowl.

unfortunately, UNC, BC, and Pitt are all hot garbage this year so 7-1 is actually very likely. I think 7-5 is a reasonable record for LOLUVa at this point, sad to say.

I think they'll lose to either UNC, BC, or Pitt, and then finish the season on a 4 or 5 game losing streak, but still go to a bowl in Detroit or Boise or some other fine winter destination.

Yeah the look and feel respectable this year. I wouldn't start throwing the LOLUVA around just yet. I'm a believer in Karma, and it can be a bitch sometimes.

Naw!
Man this win over powerhouse blue blood Duke will really put them back on the map.
To be back , must first have been somewhere
That 1908 conference championship is still the thing of legends.
Now this is high quality shitposting.

Who's UVA?
Who's UVAWhose UVA?Our UVA.
Well played.
I apologize for wasting your time... i was/am drunk... I'm sorry Charlie Murphy, I was having too much fun
I actually kinda/sorta like their uni combination. It's a good look. I feel so dirty.
Their helmets are a hot mess, design wise.
Zima is bak!
It's no coincidence that Zima is bak and UVA is bak at the same time
Their game with duke reminded me of a heated slap fight over the last piece of avocado toast.
Don't you be talking smack about avocado toast.
That shit is delicious.
I prefer pillow fight...but leg for specificity
still can't fill their stadium half way, can't wait to see it +60% Hokies when we play at Lane North
Are you saying that it will be........... "Fuller"?
Speaking of bak I thought you guys might like to see this.
Miami Is Once Again Good Enough to Ask a Program-Defining Question: Is The U Back?
If I had a nickel for every time I read an article about da U finally being bak, I would be able to buy all the boats and hoes Miami would need to actually be back.
Well then my advice to you is to start saving nickels good sir.
I slept on the ground in a tent last night and my BAK hurts.
Okay this isn't satire humor I promise but bleacher report has LOLUVA in their top 25 at number 23 now, bleacher report has lost my respect

Ah but 4-1 LOLUVA is an early underdog to 1-4 UNC.
Nah, the line opened up at UNC +3.5
Ah, I just looked at the ESPN prediction tracker that says 62% chance for UNC to win.
LOLUVA is 3.5 point favorites.
Ok guys, it would be really nice if they had a good program and we could have another quality game late in the season
LOLUVA AINT PLAYED NOBODY PAWLLLLLL

I think they'll go bowling this year.
LOLUVA going bowling you are implying with this

So my toddler actually has this toy.
May his/her first words be "UVA sucks"
You're correct. Here's their postseason game:

And UVA always seems to play Louisville tough. Kind of like NC State and FSU. And this year, it might be enough to get the W.
That's a good comparison thinking back to the game last year (which gave us UVA kid slumped over wall 2.0). Louisville feels down this year, there should be more hype around a team with the reigning Heisman winner. It feels like they could get over the hump this year.
Sure they may only have 2-3 losses this year but they've played nobody the delusional zima drinkers would be silly to think they're legit
All the Hoo's in Hooville at the end of the day on November 24th (if they stay for the full game)...
Is the LOLUVA athletic department handing out free copies of Moana at the end of the game? I think that's the only way to keep wahoos at Lane North to 00:00.

I can think of a few things I would rather feel up other than a football stadium. But to each their own.
Keep in mind this is a Wahoo though...
Exactly. You thing they would be feeling up the lacrosse field and be happy to tell you about it.
High academic standards, my ass.
Colin Cowherd said it best, "People who brag about how smart they are are never as smart as they really think."
The path to filling up that stadium with Wahoos is simple. Get exclusive rights to Zima and advertise a hardthingstogether festival.
Except for, you know, TimeCop year 2.
Thank goodness they feel like they have the "rite" coach too! Please pass that man a diploma and another Zima!
Something is up. I seen a plethora of new LOLUVA t Shirts and Polo shirts. Some actually say football.
UVA "Football" shirts are likely regarding Soccer.
Holy crap LOLUVA is favorites to win at UNC. It's been a long time since they were favorites on the road.

i think they could give Louisville a game.
It could be close for us with the youth we have on offense
by game 13, youth shouldn't be an excuse anymore
Looking at their remaining schedule, the crazy thing is, they could potentially be bowl eligible in 2 weeks....then not win another game all season
@UNC
vs BC
@Pitt
vs GT
@ Louisville
@ Miami
vs VT
I think they'll lose to either UNC, BC, or Pitt, and then finish the season on a 4 or 5 game losing streak, but still go to a bowl in Detroit or Boise or some other fine winter destination.
