Mugging Cam all game, trash talking pretty obviously. Worst of it was taunting Cam as they lined up early in the game, full on finger-pointing in Cam's face. I thought that should have been flagged as unsportsmanlike conduct. The kid was getting beat like a dirty rug and was still jawing for a long time. Cam just walked away every time.

The NCAA has designated VT as its punishing authority division for the UNCheat academic fraud case. VT proceeded to smack the team from Cheater Hill with an ass whoopin 59 points.
VT says the punishment will continue into the future.

Went on the UNC board during the game, first thread I clicked how was about how Settle was dominating and how UNC wanted and the first reply was that Settle wouldn't have qualified if he chose the boys from Cheater Hill.

Eh, excuses. I mean, really its nitpicking since it was such a complete win, but there are always things to improve on. JJ started out quite slow and there were some drops. Not to mention the run game was not too effective, we were reminded constantly thanks to Mr. Tuberville.

Bud has played his DL in contain mode, keeping them square instead of turning them loose in the gaps to rush the passer. UNC popped some QB runs as result, but you also got to see the hell that Hill, Walker, and Big Tim could unleash. That is very exciting. Second group got a little heat too.

I don't think there's any doubt they played better last year. Losing by 31 is much better than losing by 52. But you'd have to ask a UNC fan they have much more experience with that kind of thing.

UNC last year was reasonably competent. This year they're a dumpster fire due to attrition, injuries and a coach that wants to be coaching somewhere else.

Seriously, though, the kid gets yards. Why not give him a prime time shot? He seems to be a bit of a skatback, but he seems to see holes and get the yds that are available. I'm not sure that I can say the same about the other backs. The kid may be the next Sam Rogers.

The two programs are frequent competitors on the recruiting trail, and the Hokies clearly wanted a shutout badly, even going so far as to put the starting defensive line back in early in the fourth quarter to try and preserve the goose egg. With both in the Coastal Division, keeping up with the Hokies is essential, and Tech has a 93-10 advantage over the last two years.

Guys, not only did we knock UNC out of bowl contention, but we officially mathematically eliminated them from ACC Coastal contention!
They are 0-5 in conference, while Miami is 4-0. No way to catch up. They are the first ACC team officially eliminated! (Duke might still have a slight chance, but if we have a chance to play eliminator two weeks in a row.)
