As someone who's trying to lose 50 pounds (15 gone, 35 to go), this is awesome to read.

Olinemen get a lot of grief for being "fat", but most of these guys are intentionally on a high calorie diet and exercise regime just to maintain such enormous size and strength. I imagine it might actually be easier to apply that same discipline to getting a more lean body type.
