This was largely a silly waste of time on a Sunday afternoon, but I have an obsession with data in general so I went ahead with it. Two things stood out to me:
1) The ACC has quietly (imho) left the bottom of the conference rankings
2) If we add Louisville, the ACC could make an argument as the 2nd strongest conference right now by 3 of the metrics I listed in the pivots (points, count of ranked, count of top10 teams). Average rank is probably the weakest anyway so no worries there for me.
Don't want to read too much into this but I was pleasantly surprised by the results and I hope it brings some satisfaction to you all as well.

Holy shit, Missouri is ranked?
when I was making this I was shocked as well, and I keep forgetting that they are SEC too.
Kind of by default.
Every undefeated team that plays in a BCS conference is currently ranked.
Missouri hasn't really been tested yet.
That shouldn't last long. They have Georgia, Florida, South Carolina the next 3 weeks.
Actually, there is exactly 1 FBS team that is undefeated and unranked, and it is technically from a BCS conference: Houston, from the AAC.
Not to be a troll, but technically all 10 FBS conferences are "BCS Conferences". It's a common misconception.

EDIT: Intended to reply to dickeyJHokie. Oops!
There are 6 AQ conferences, commonly referred to as "BCS Conferences". The AAC is still one of those 6.
I'm sure that page there is a really weak attempt at showing impartiality.
Yeah, you're right. I meant to reply to dickeyJHokie.
Good Catch. Still haven't gotten used to the AAC.
This was a good catch too!

Comparing the ACC to PAC 12 - I think as far as the top 4 teams go
Oregon, Stanford, UCLA, Washington vs Clemson, Florida State, Miami, Virginia Tech is about even.
After that, I'd give a significant edge to the PAC 12 - and it shows in your data.
Screw playoffs, bowls, and NC game. Can we just make the postseason look like this? Every one of those matchups would be great football games.
PAC12-ACC challenge right now would be glorious.
I'm sorry but this is all I keep thinking of when I see the title on the Tracker...
I don't know if someone mentioned this already. But by being ranked in the AP Poll this week we have now been ranked at some point during the season every year since 1993. That's incredible. Well done Frank.
