Anyone else super appreciative to have a beat writer who is active on the Tech forums in addition to his own blog? I know he usually posts his stuff and has been. Just recognizing the effort. Andy's the man.

Especially since we all expected this to be Charlie Meyer. Speak of which, what's going on with him Andy? Is he not fully recovered, or buried in depth chart after missing so much time?

I think Byrn just took Meyer's role in the offense and ran with it. Has made the most of that opportunity as a possession, underneath route kind of guy.

Andy, I just wanted to personally thank you for the fantastic coverage and prolific content that you put out year-round. You seem to eat, drink and breath Hokie football, and always have an article, interview or update for us. You've made Hokie football that much better for us all.

While I doubt we have the offense for it, I'm not sure our defense couldn't hang about 35 on em. Just leaves another 35 for the offense, and there ya go.

Having some of the most consistent hands on the offense and a willingness to work the middle has made Byrn my favorite receiver this year.
