It's a struggle each offseason trying to make it to September. Obsessing over every rumor, tidbit, and scandle can only help to maintain my sanity for so long. August is a milestone, the home stretch. It's when the trailers and hype videos roll out. Watching them, I can smell the turkey legs, taste the bourbon, and feel the electricity in the air. There's still a bit more than a month to go until Virginia Tech takes the field at Doak Campbell Stadium on Labor Day, but my heart is already pounding. Turn up your speakers, hit play, and start jumping with me.

Although i will say i wasnt the biggest fan of the highlights from former seasons. Mainly because those are the clips that have been used in hundreds of other hype videos in the past. I like just clips from players that will play this season.
But thats just me, i think most love it.

Oh man, it sucks SO much when a player gets booted or declares early. I had so many sweet Settle clips I collected during the season that I had to toss.
Don't toss them just combine them with the other players who were drafted and we get another hype video /s but kinda not

Once we get that close to the start of the season (and then before each game in season) I like to rewatch all the trailers in a row.
I think the UVA hate week video should be similar, but with 2nd and 3rd string players.
