I haven't seen any restrictions on shipping other than that you get ID'd at the door apparently when they deliver.

I'd imagine the bourbon is fine, but the bottle is pretty great

The only thing I can find is it is distributed by Silver Screen Bottling, which appears to specialize in novelty liquors. There is low likelihood of this being an amazing bourbon. As The Wire said, you would get this purely for the collectible nature.
