"Dorsett has a tear in his medial collateral ligament -- a problem that may keep him out for six weeks but isn't as devastating as Miami originally feared."

Looks like he'll miss our game for sure.

He definitely isn't going to play with a tear in his MCL..that would be very foolish of the coaching staff.

This is too bad, that kid is pretty good. But with Duke Johnson out most of the game (also tragic, as I think he is one of the top five players in the country at any position this year), we got a chance to see Dallas Crawford, who looks like RMFW. Miami is back to having a loaded backfield. Glad to see his head injury won't keep him out long.

It's not the first time this year Duke Johnson has had to leave a football game because of a probable concussion. The Miami medical staff needs to keep a very close eye on this young man, particularly over the next several days, and should probably keep him out of their next game.

Duke Johnson reminds me of Clinton Portis because of this. Really tough runner with vision and speed, and always plays so hard he ends up hurting himself. But the kid is a talent, for sure.

They have Johnson and Crawford which is a pretty good 1-2 punch (and Crawford leads the team in rushing TDs).

However, there's not much behind them that you can call a proven commodity, so I wouldn't call them "loaded" just yet. That may be important since Duke keeps getting hurt.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.
