Talked to a big PSU fan this morning. He had pointed out their late-game swoons a few times but I thought those were just a matter of losing to OSU late, which isn't a pattern.
Though they won yesterday, it's becoming more and more apparent to me that a two-touchdown lead in the fourth quarter for them is like having a 2-0 lead in soccer - the most dangerous of timelines.

Franklin is a terrible 4 th quarter coach. It's one reason I don't think he will win a national title. With the 4 team playoff it is unlikely to have a bama-nd situation again. You need to win close games to win a title.

But can we talk about how the refs stole Indiana's chance to win? He was CLEARLY out of bounds and they kept the clock rolling.
