Steal. Dish. Dunk.

That pass though.

When they catch you wearing two hats.

Want it done right? Do it yourself.

Smooth.

Pounced on it.

When you read a bad tweet.

To the deck.

am I the only one who forgot GIFtory was a thing?

"Nice."
My favorite #DickertheKicker
Ah yes, GIFtory. I missed you!
holy crap that guy with the two hats will haunt my dreams right up there with the couple from the eastern carolina photo.
That was Gene Keady - former HC of the Boilermakers.

I think the most mind blowing thing to me is the realization that its been 14 years since he roamed the sidelines at Purdue as their coach. I really had no idea, it feels like he was just there.
In the mid 90s there was a guy with football seats near me who had like 8 different hat combinations to use depending on the down & distance. It was not superstitious, it was hyperstitious.
I want to know the dark arts this guy studied to come up with which combinations were most appropriate for which situation.
I tried to figure it out for years with limited success...
The guy did appear to have some control on Rickey Bustle; he consistently forced Bustle to call off tackle left or off tackle right on 3rd and less than 5.
Med's pass fake in the last gif was dirty. At the time, it felt like the dagger
defender like
The steal by JRob on the Carlsen pass to the Geezer (my wife was calling him the Geezer all night) was great anticipation on a play that they had been running all night.
I asked a friend if he knew which YMCA they pick that guy up from.
The Purdue fans on r/CollegeBasketball were calling him "Dad"
Nice.
Still on cloud 9 after that W:

Should've had NAWs baseline fadeaway from the first few minutes of the game
NAW is playing tons better than last year. He's making smart decisions with the ball, more efficient and he's our difference maker this year. That said, I hope we're getting Nolley back for next weekend. Need his legs under him before ACC play.
NAW is amazing. I look forward to watching him play against ACC opponents this year. Our game vs Duke should be a good look for him against NBA talent.
If this team can get Nolley (and maybe Clarke) back for some depth, they will be dangerous. Great combination of experienced and young talent - really love the chemistry.
When Neon Boudeaux had to retake the SAT in Blue Chips they won the title - just saying.
One thing I wouldn't have minded seeing (Edit: Not in the giftory necessarily) was Carsen's dirty Drive dunk. That was an incredible change of speed to catch our defense asleep at the wheel.
It was but has no place in our GIFtory
Fair enough. The game between him and 5 was fun to watch though you could tell they both had a lot of respect for each other.
The a player on my team is tying his shoe so everyone should slow down and wait for him oops tricked you play? No thanks. Asleep at the wheel not really.
If the defense slows down to wait for an offensive player to tie his shoe, they deserve to get dunked on.
As we learned last year, defending fewer than 5 players can be confusing.

That fake tho, man that was pretty
Can we PLEASE keep this version of Med for the entire season? 5 and NAW are going to be consistent. I think if Med can avoid whatever funk he hit last year, he could spark the difference between a good year and a special year.
LOL. That guy for Purdue. Reminds me of myself playing basketball back in the day. Out of position, tired, falling for fakes, stumbling around.
To his credit, if I remember right, that guy did pop a 3 on the next possession, and finished with 14
Saw a lot of good sportsmanship between Robinson and Edwards...his drive and dunk was impressive. Even though it's the competition it almost belongs in giftory.
Trading big baskets at the end of the game, keeping our composure and holding on for the win in a big time setting against a big time opponent? Yeah, that didn't used to happen.
I tell you what, Carsen's dunk was special, but I was really impressed with how our team handled that. It was almost as if his dunk gave us the momentum. We continued our run, made shots, and it almost gave Carsen a bit too much juice. He rushed some shots in the following possessions, we got some quick stops, and took the lead very shortly after his dunk. Really impressive composure by the good guys.
Oh yeah, he did follow that dunk by shooting a way over powered deep 3 instantly their next time down the court.
Exactly this. He had a few possessions of hero ball that did not score. Meanwhile, we stayed disciplined and took the best shot(s). To me that was ultimately the difference in the game.
The Smooth one by NAW that gave us the lead with about 12:00 to go. When i was watching live, as soon as he shot it, I stood up. I just knew it was good as soon as he touched it. My wife looked at me like I was nuts, but sometimes you just know it's good before it hits the bottom of the bucket. NAW was lit last night. It was beautiful!
