I may be in the minority, but I'm not a big fan. They look like T&F jerseys or a wrestling singlet to me. Then again, they may look much better in person!

Yep. They started putting those on all the unis of the graduates this season.
They've been doing that for 10-15 years on the back of football helmets for players that either have already graduated, or are slated to graduate in December.

Number of mentions in football is because they have been doing it forever. Mentions in basketball because Buzz had to submit a special petition to the NCAA to have the symbol approved since it hadnt been used in basketball before. NCAA ruled on that faster than #FreeLandersNolley I imagine
Right, but even when it was relatively new (or even completely new), there were no mentions of it. Shame that something like that has gone completely under the radar.

I just hate that the ACC slate starts with the students still gone. Regardless, LET'S GO!!!
I like the color scheme but I feel like the VT is a bit too prominent. I'm no photoshop wiz so I can't really show what I have in mind but I feel like using the VT similar to a crest you see on soccer jerseys and using a design unique to VT would work better. Like imagine a small VT over the heart and in the middle chest area over the number is a Hokiestone design of one of our prominent campus buildings (Burress, Torg, etc) in a sort "skyline" type pattern. You still have the black jersey, the Hokestone pattern of the building and the sides, and to make the buildings pop, orange highlights.
Sad that I like our Breast Cancer Tribute Black Uniforms more because of how large the VT is on this version.
