Sources: The #Bucs are focusing on hiring former #AZCardinals coach Bruce Arians as their new coach and the strong interest is mutual. Negotiations are likely to begin soon. Here we go.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) January 8, 2019

Good for him.
This is like the 2nd or 3rd time he retired and then unretired. I'd be worried he would bounce pretty quickly.
I think they were different stories. The first time I believe he was fired in Pittsburgh and retired because he couldn't get a head coaching gig. Then his close friend Pagano calls him so he unretires. I think he was fired in Arizona so he retired because he finally got a head coaching job.
I think he legit retired in Arizona. Article I was reading said he's had a few health scares.
Yeah I believe all was well with him and the Cardinals when he retired.
I stand corrected.
You mean he's not going to join the current staff as the DB coach and HCIW along with Sam Rogers, Torrian Gray, Lorenzo Ward, and Lee Suggs because all former VT players or coaches necessarily make the best VT coaches?
So you wouldn't like to have an NFL coach?
TB is stocked with the weapons he would need to run his "Fuck it, throw it deep!" offense. He could just alternate between Winston and Fitzpatrick when either one inevitably throws a bunch of picks. Me personally, I would try to trade Jameis for some value. Dude is still making the same mistakes he made at FSU so you know what he is at this point, but maybe you could trick someone like the Raiders (Gruden loves QBs) into trading draft picks for him.
The job came with a GM who says the coach MUST work with Winston as the QB.
"Work with", not "keep forever". Who knows, Winston could work out under Arians, but I am highly doubtful.
A man in his 60s that wears a kangol hat and "I give up" mesh shorts? He will fit in perfectly in the state of Florida.
Todd Bowles is going to be his defensive coordinator.
I've been a miserable Bucs fan since Gruden left. I was a happy Bucs fan before that. This excites me very, very much. I'm pretty much moved on from Jameis, but if Bruce can reign him in I'll be thrilled.
Bruce and Jameis have known each other since Jameis went to one of his camps in high school. It'll be interesting to watch this Bucs team.
That will hopefully carry a lot of ingrained respect and trust
I remember doing a job in Orlando in the 90s. You could walk up to the stadium in Tampa and get a decent ticket for 10 bucks!
