According to last year's search warrant, a woman accused Crossen of making a video of her while she and Crossen engaged in consensual sex. The woman told investigators that Crossen asked if it would be alright to make a video and she told him no. Later, however, the woman received a Snapchat message that included a video of her "in a state of undress."

The Fulmer Cup is an "award" for off season crimes. There is a whole point structure for different offenses and the most crime filled off season is awarded the Fulmer Cup. I think a year or two ago there was a spirited discussion over whether a player biting off his teammate's ear counted as cannibalism as that has some major associated points.
It was created by the guys at everyday should be Saturday, a pro UF bunch of people, that had the question, Does any coach have less control than Phil Fulmer. It turns out that yes many schools are worse as Tenn has never won, neither has UF but that's really cause no one followed Hernandez around with a camera.

The woman also received a message saying the video would be posted online "everywhere." Since then, the woman received a number of messages from people asking to meet here, the search warrant said.

Dissemination of the image is still a Class 1 Misdemeanor. He can be charged with both the taking and dissemination of an image/video (18.2-386.1 & 18.2-386.2 respectively). Under 18.2-386.1 if the victim is underage it elevates the creation of the image/video to a felony...annnd he's probably also getting hit with production of child pornography, contributing, etc etc.

At least the school and team had this handled considering he's been suspended since September...this could've been way worse. Imagine the shit storm if Crossen had played at all after the allegations were brought forward. Kid ruined his career before it even got started.

Turk noted that if Crossen obeys jail rules, he will receive an additional day of credit for each day served, meaning he could complete his sentence in a month.
And up to two years if more charges come out within the next year.
Mabe imposed a 12-month jail sentence for each conviction and ordered that they run consecutively, then suspended all but two months. The suspended sentence will remain over Crossen for a year, Mabe said, and could be re-imposed if there are more charges.
