the music seems off, so I don't think it's actually a copy. seems like the Muzak version of Marvel.

No Marvel trademarks were used explicitly, but there are some similarities that might be of issue.

No money is being made on this (and the tangential argument to tickets sold for the sweet 16 would be hard to make) so suing for about $0 in damages isn't a smart use of resources. Marvel Studios could want to make an example if they don't want anyone sampling their property though, but I doubt it.

(I know absolutely nothing of how the legal system works) but I'd expect a cease and desist letter before anything, and even that would take way too long to arrive before this video became irrelevant

Love it. In all honesty, where would a win over Duke in the Sweet 16 rank on the list of all time wins in Virginia Tech Athletics? It would have to be up there.

Depending on what the following seasons bring it would either be the basketball team's 1995 Sugar Bowl or 2014 Ohio State game.

It'll still be damn hard to ever beat the softball team's win over the US National Team though.

The Orange and Maroon you see, that's fighting on to victory.
