I had a friend share this same article on Facebook a few days ago. I think the FB algorithms are trying to post news that would be of relevance to people based on their interests and affiliations and occasionally it dredges up really old stuff. Kind of like how the Buzz/national anthem story seems to pop up every single year and everyone thinks it's new.
