If you would like to still join, there are a couple of people with 3 or 2 teams, so just let us know which one you would like, and we will slot you in.

Round 3 has a 1 hr. time limit. If the 1 hour time limit expires, I will make a pick using any list that the GM for the team has sent me in advance (send lists to TheBACreturns [at] gmail [dot] com) or in the absence of a list, I will use the GBN Big Board with a little discretion so as not make an obvious dumb pick (i.e. Kansas City won't be taking a QB in the 1st round this year).
.
.
Please utilize the Embeded Google Sheet. The spreadsheet contains the draft order (RD1-6) by team, team needs, and GM with a fairly comprehensive list of prospects based on the GBN Big Board (as well as several other prospects that did not make the GBN Big Board). I will try to keep the spreadsheet and thread updated as often as possible... Good luck!

All trades should be discussed here
Still a few picks away, but NYJ at #68 are open for business to move back (still within the third round) if anyone is interested. Feel free to pitch
edit: i am on the clock and if anyone would like to trade up, please pitch
I might be interested. We could swap (NYG) 3rd rounders. Not sure how to lookup values on the trades.
I've been using THIS to determine trade values. It's handy since it will let you highlight by teams.
Dropping from #68 to #95 is probably a little further than I'd want to go with the pick. I would do it for: #95, #108, #132, and #143. Total draft value would be 250 to you, 272 to me. Feel free to counteroffer.
I thought about it. I'll hold tight. I want those picks. It's to big of a jump.
I want em too, which is why I asked. Pick values fall way way off as the draft goes, so it takes a lot to move up almost 30 spots, and since most of the higher value picks are already off the board, it takes more late round picks. If NYG were picking in the 75 or 85 range instead of 95, it would be a lot easier to do.
Houston pick 3rd round #86 overall is available. looking to accumulate some picks they are low in terms of # of picks and ive already addressed major need areas so if anyone would like to throw me a couple late rounders for the 3rd round pick. maybe a 4th and later. make me an offer.
Seattle is looking to move down from 84. I'd prefer a late 3rd and late 4th/early 5th. Need picks.
Still Looking...Will take offers before 9am.
Edit: he gone :(
If your player is available at 84, I'll offer you 84 for 88 and 164
I am interested, but I need to wait and see if my guy gets taken
Giants are still looking to move up. Maybe halfway from where we are now.
If jgladish doesn't bite, 84 is available for 95 and 132.
If the player you want is still there at #93 (NYJ), I propose:
NYG gets: #93, #105 (212 value)
NYJ gets: #95, #108, #171 (220.6 value)
NYG gives up a late fifth to move up a bit at the end of the third and again at the top of the fourth.
All Comments other then on the draft pick can be here
Everything below should be draft picks for the round and or comments on the player chosen.
Gooble Gooble I'm hearing the Giants have serious interest in Daniel Jones. NFL executives are holding him in higher regard, than the NFL draft pundits.
I could totally see them doing that, and I'm not thrilled about it.
What's worse is that Murray and Haskins will probably go 1, 2 after some team trades up with the Niners, and Gettleboy will take him at 6
Here's one for you... I did a data analysis on NFL RB's Top 15 paid. Saquon is already top 10. It makes no sense to resign him. The production value of the #1 paid RB compared to total TDs, and Yardage is an inverse affect.
Steelers were smart not to cave to Levon Bell..
I said this in the other thread:
Taking a RB in top-10 is such a ridiculous proposition in terms of opportunity cost (especially since the Giants misuse Saquon). Look at Saquon, look at Fournette. Because the salary is locked in, you might as well use it to derive value at a premium position (QB, pass rush, lockdown DB, LT) than to overpay at one.
Too many people conflate "draft value" with "on-field value", and some of them are NFL GMs
So the biggest thing when I was doing my analysis is that people are going to point to Saquon's receiving capabilities as a reason to why he should be paid the most.
Top 15 RBs over the past 10 seasons do not avg. over 2 Receiving TDs a year, and on top of that Receiving yards makeup very little of their overall yardage production. It's a mute point.
If I were running the team, I would tell Shurmur to give him as many touches as humanly possible now and not worry about a second contract.
Someone needs to take over at 5 PM for me. I will be running around doing Grad School semester ending project to present!
Cardinals select Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, DB, Florida
Obviously not a need, but he is a first round player in my book. Can play all over the secondary and will allow AZ some flexibility with 3 safety defenses.
VTmemory (PIT) on the clock until 11:46
Steelers select D'Andre Walker, Edge, Georgia
Lil Bobby Tables (SF) on the clock until 12:05 (PM)
With the 67th pick in the TKP Mock NFL Draft, the San FranJose 49ers select Isaiah Johnson, CB, Houston.
In the absence of any offers to move up to #68, and in the interest of keeping things moving, the Jets select CB Julian Love from Stanford. In doing so, they fill a need in the secondary.
VThokies904 is nicely on the clock at #69 (JAX) until 12:48 pm
Nice
3rd round 69th overall Jacksonville jags select Kelvin Harmon WR NC State
With the 70th pick The Buccaneers select David Long CB university of Michigan
With the 71st pick, the Denver Broncos select Joe Giles-Harris...Inside LB from Duke.
NewportHokie (NO) on the clock at 72
With the 72nd pick in the TKP NFL draft....the New Orleans Saints select Charles Omenihu (DT, Texas)
With pick 73, which is 1 fewer than the number of points UMBC scored on #1 UVA, the New England Patriots select Ryan Finley, QB, NC State.
VTmemory (BUF) on the clock until 2:23 pm
The Buffalo Bill's select Christian Miller, Edge, Alabama.
GISHokie (GB, #75) on the clock until 2:37 pm
The Packers select Te'Von Coney, LB from Notre Dame
ACowne63 (WAS, #76) is on the clock until 3:27

McGovern at #76 is a great pick, and whom I probably would have taken with NYJ if someone had bitten on a trade for me to move back into this range.
HokieHighlander (CAR, #77) on the clock until 3:30
Carolina Panthers select QB Will Grier from WVU
VTflatearther (MIA, #78) on the clock until 3:40

LBT (He emailed me his list) selects Amani Oruwariye - CB - Penn State
Homebrew is on the clock until 3:35
Followed by NewportHokie and then TWick72
NOOOOOOOO
Homebrew Auto Drafts - Michael Deiter - IOL - Wisconsin
There was someone who wanted to draft for the Browns. Anyone recall who that was?
NewportHokie is on the clock until 5 PM
It is me, but the pick keeps landing during meetings for me. This auto draft is a complete waste so far for the Browns, two biggest position of needs still unfilled.
Honestly my mistake. My brain saw the IOL and thought LB. feeel free to reselect.
If it is not too late to make the change I would have taken Juan Thornhill from *chokes a little bit* uva
I have no problem making that change, it's a good pick and didn't come off the board after you
edit: also lol at the IOL/LB switch. I have made the "IOL"/"ILB" mistake in my head a dozen times since we started doing this...
Wish granted!
You can always send VTFG a big board 🤷♂️
Or just a few names. My last pick, I sent in an ordered list of five players because there were four ahead of me. I've been working offsite in a vault all week (no phones), and occasionally popping out to check has worked for me (so far).
This is what I need to do, because my prediction of when these picks land is not going well. I saw 12 picks before my 1 pm and 2 pm meetings and when I got back to my desk at 3:45 mine was autopicked. I thought I would be one of the last of the day.
With the 81st pick in the Minnesota Vikings select Michael Jordan
SG from UNC........ I meant OG from OSU......lol81st overall?!? and i thought the trailblazers were dumb for taking sam bowie!
AutoDraft for me. I cant see the big board or google docs.
Best available at a position of need would be Daylon Mack, IDL, Texas A&M or Joe Jackson, EDGE, Miami at position of greatest need.
I say Joe Jackson
.
Tenn Selects Joe Jackson - EDGE - Miami
Steelers select JJ Arcega-Whiteside, WR, Stanford
07Hokie (SEA, #84) is on the clock
With the 84th pick in the 2019 TheKeyPlay NFL Mock Draft, the Seattle Seahawks select

Austin Bryant, EDGE, Clemson
nuts
VThokie904 (HOU, #86) on the clock until 10:00
Houston selects Josh Oliver TE San Jose State with the 86th overall pic.
after watching some of his film i think he can be a big time threat for desean Watson in the passing game and take some pressure of Hopkins over the middle of the field.
Chicago selects Lonnie Johnson Jr. - CB from Kentucky
*slowly watches all the best players come off the board*
jgladish (IND, #88) is on the clock until 10:55
Colts select Yodny Cajuste, OT, West Virginia
HokieHighlander is on the clock until 11:42

notoriusHokie (DAL, #90) is on the clock until 12:30
With the 90th pick, the Dallas Cowboys select Khalen Saunders, IDL, Western Illinois.
VTFG (LAC, #91) on the clock until 12:40 PM
Chargers select Kaleb McGary - OT - Washington
APrimus is on the clock until 12:45
Kansas city Chiefs select Tony Pollard RB University of Memphis
Care to explain as he's not even on the main list?
this is like the third one, too. I wonder if he's looking at the "side list" on the right side of the spreadsheet instead of the left side of the spreadsheet, which might appear blank as we take names off it
With #93, the New York Jets select Tytus Howard, OT, Alabama State.
There is some confusion with the next pick -- draft sites have it being LAR and our order has it being JAX. I believe the pick belongs to APrimusHokie with LAR.
I wanted to trade down out of #68 into middle of the third to pick up an extra pick, and I believed there to be a ton of value on OL in that range. NYJ went best player available at a position of need with Juian Love at #62, but then had to sit and watch as a staggering six OL (plus Austin Bryant, a well-regarded EDGE with pedigree also in consideration) were taken from 76-91
Man, I thought he might make it too the fourth.
I guess we're even. ;^)
Great pick.
Jacksonville jaguars select Darrell Henderson RB Memphis
2 Memphis RBs back to back.
@VTFG, can we clear up who pick #94 belongs to? I believe it's LAR

http://www.tankathon.com/nfl/full_draft (note the "forfeited" pick further up in third round)
http://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Trade-Value-Chart.asp?RequestTeam=LAR
Yeah I believe its LAR. Sorry not sure how that happened.
To be clear there was mistake on the pick order in the 3rd round. JAX was not supposed to pick after Gobble Gooble. APrimus was supposed too.
Think you can just go ahead and take that pick even though it's out of order. The Giants have to be satisfied with saquon, the Rams have Todd Gurley, and the Redskins have running back at least need, and I'm not taking a running back at 97.
I will also say... because I messed up, I am inclined to give VThokies904 the same pick for Jax at the next turn, if that can be agreed upon as they have already given up their hand by accident.
im ok with my pick. obviously lol but if someone else wants to select him in the picks before me its only fair I think to give them that pick? idk.
We'll see how it plays out. If it doesn't change, I will just slot him right in for you.
LA Rams select Michael Deiter IOL University of Wisconsin
Giants Select Will Harris - S - Boston College
ACowne63 On the Clock until 2:22
The Washington Redskins select Mark Fields - CB - Clemson.
so 07Hokie (NE, #97) on the clock
Really appreciate your help and thoroughness!
just don't tell my boss
New England Patriots select
Jace Sternberger, TE, Texas A&M
We'll give VThokie904 Darrell Henderson RB Memphis at #98.
APrimusHokie (LAR, #99) on the clock to 2:35
Is Michael Deiter from Wisconsin still on the board
You chose him that last time you picked lol
Sorry I didn't know rams had 2 3rd round picks 😅
It's because one of them was accidentally incorrectly assigned to JAX. you good.
I hid the first 2 rounds, so it is a little easier to see just round 3 right now.
Rams select Trysten Hill IDL UCF
VTflatearther (DET, #100) on the clock until 2:51
VTflatearther Detroit Lions Auto Select Caleb Wilson - TE - UCLA
Sorry I missed my pick. But we need a TE anyway. This guy any good?
With the Screaming Eagle pick of the draft the New England Patriots select
Germaine Pratt, LB, NC State
Oh son of a......
The Baltimore Ravens select Tre Lamar, LB, Clemson
To be honest it was one of three and you just picked the second of the three I was considering
