Oh man I am a sucker for anything containing gouda. I cannot resist the creamy, smoky, cheesy goodness.
I second that emotion! Smoked Gouda all the way...
A group of four of us do monthly cheese club at work -- an excuse to goof off for half an hour and eat cheese. Usually we do it on a Friday afternoon, and if it's before a long weekend, even better.
If you could tag this NSFW, I would appreciate it.

Ummm, you're on the wrong kind of diet then.
Also, a friendly reminder that French's food takes are as bad as his football film reviews and previews are good
Felt this belonged here even as old as this thread is.
Happy Birthday French
Velveeta is not cheese.
But it is delicious
I gotta ask....is this how they make that powder stuff that goes on Cheetos?
(Cue Jack Nicholson "You can't handle the truth!" Gif)
save some room for June 7th..... National Donut day
Donut day? On my birthday???
How did i never know about this for the last 50 years?
Your avatar next to the title of this thread made me think of French and chuckle. All I can picture now is French as Walter Sobchak. I don't know if I'll ever be able to read one of his film reviews in anything other than John Goodman's voice now. (Try it. It's awesome)
Everyone get out and eat some dang cheese curds
Juusto from Ashe County Cheese is pretty darn tasty. Slice it into 3/16"ish thick pieces, heat it in a skillet. Then let the squeaking begin.

Did you go looking for the most obscure cheese reference you could find? Squeaky cheese, really?
Well, that's how fancy we are in Wythe County. Squeaky cheese. You Blacksburgians/Blacksburgers just aren't the cool kids.
(before someone goes and downvotes me... this turkey and I work together)
When I was travelling in France for work a few years ago, I got a four cheese pizza at a restaurant for dinner. The only cheese I recognized was Munster (a french cheese that is different from Muenster, a Wisconsin cheese).
We were sitting outside since it was a nice evening, but the stink coming of my pizza was so strong, people wouldn't sit at the tables next to us.
It was delicious.
I have an embarrassing amount of cheese in my kitchen right now, and I am not sorry. I'm most excited to snack on the brie cheese though. Nom.
We have an entire drawer dedicated to cheese in the fridge.
That's a lot of Walmart brand yellow American cheese...... /S
Hey man, that's pasteurized prepared cheese product gold!!!
Mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm.
Hagy didn't believe me until we went to make dinner last night and he opened our cheese drawer and discovered the truth 😂
The only question is, was he excited or concerned upon discovery?
At first it was like: "OOOOH CHEESE!!" and then it was "But why is there so much of it?" as if you can ever have too much cheese.
What language is that? I do not recognize those words.
It isn't a problem, it is an opportunity.
I didn't know this, but even so, my dinner was baked brie queso dip
Had a 15 year old cheddar in Madison. Total game changer for me.
Went to a bazaar at one fo the bases in Germany last weekend and must have tasted 15-20 different French, German, Dutch cheeses. My beer guy hooked me up with some fantastic variety with little crystals in it that pairs perfectly with Tripel Karmeliet. Most interesting one was a black lemon cheese. It was different but wonderful!
When we first arrived in Germany, I went to the local store to get a few items, one of which was sliced cheese. Unbeknownst to me, the word "Aromatisch" meant "stink up the whole fridge after opening". My wife banned me from ever getting that type of cheese again. It was good, but took me a bit to get used to it.
On a whim, I looked to see if cheese.com exists, and it does!! I particularly enjoy being able to click on and read about all types of cheese
https://www.cheese.com/
I had a link to it earlier in this thread...
Ya got me. I'm a fool who doesn't pay attention...
Ah, the power of cheese.
