I know these preseason watch lists are pretty meaningless but I will take anything that is a little more positive than things have been around here lately.
You should have seen the receipt for the alcohol for my wedding where they rang up each item individually for ~$1500 worth of beer, wine, champagne, and liquor. It was probably about 8 feet long

They did this for our wedding too, but it was fixed price so I'm not sure why we got the receipt. Either people wanted it to brag, or they were very passive agressive.

Funny story, the wifey flipped her car the day before our wedding. She was fine thankfully, but all the alcohol for the wedding was in the trunk. It magically went missing and was never seen again. I still get a good chuckle thinking about the reaction some tow truck driver or mechanic had when they opened that little prize up.

Exactly. I'm surprised by the collective yawn about this. It's not like we've exactly been churning out All-Americans the last few years.
With all the bad news that we've had to deal with the last year and a half, you'd think that having your QB receiving some nice pre-season recognition would generate more than jokes about how worthless it is to have one of our players on a national watch list.

What is longer? Preseason watch lists or a CVS receipt?

I see that we are also efficient and creative.

Same reaction they would have had if you kicked down their door looking for your booze
They probably rationalized it by figuring she'd want that booze to disappear asap to avoid any trouble with the law.
We Bak! Am I doing this right?
One of 8 ACC players nominated for an award given to the best player in college football? I'll take that.
*BREAKING NEWS*
I was just named to the Maxwell pre-season watch list.
80 players are on the watch list - Our Athletic Department should really not make 'Watch Lists' newsworthy stories.
80 out of 11,050

Now, let me tell you how Willis is better than Trevor Lawrence.
He's got better hairs?
Uncle Rico would have been on the Maxwell Award Watch List if coach put him:
