A lot of the players are tweeting a hash tag keep pounding for Charley with Justin Hamilton retweeting it. Should we be worried about Charley Wiles?

Doubt it. Coach Wiles is Charley Wiles, not Charlie. Probably had an inspirational speaker or kid come to practice and this is a motivational thing for the team and them showing their support for whoever Charlie is.
