Never. The Florida legislative body has decided only Florida based schools and the service academies can have plates. It's to keep Bama, UGA and other SEC schools off plates.
I can get behind this in VA. When I see a VA tag with UF Gators on it, I wanna puke.
How do we go about pre-ordering it? I don't see it listed on the SC DMV site yet. I am all about getting a new plate now. I think I was due for a new one next year anyway.
The best way would be to follow that Facebook page. They have been leading the charge for 6 years for this.
