I'm honestly kind of happy about it. The money spent on man hours and enforcement of pot enforcement has to be a lot. That money could be used elsewhere. To get a warrant for the smell of weed in Blacksburg is strange as well. Anyone can can walk through any complex in Blacksburg and smell weed. Anywho, I'm happy for him. Outlaw is still facing a few charges that I'm not completely familiar with if anyone has any insight.

Ughh..two threads on this?
I know of a thread about him being charged that was posted in April. Why so Ugghhh?
Damn Hippies! Say they want to change the world, but all they do is smoke pot and smell bad.
I'm guessing because the April thread was resurrected with this news prior to your posting a new thread.
I'm happy as well. The time and money spent on this issue is unnecessary and it seems like the police in rural towns are much more aggressive with their pursuits:
Local law enforcement and gubmint on local and federal levels wastes taxpayer on penalizing people for smoking a natural plant???
Color me surprised. /s
