I kinda love that this has become Virginia Tech's thing. Is it juvenile? Absolutely. Is it even a bit corny? Sure. But the fact is they are embracing it. They have pictures of Landers Nolley for the roster page on their website, they are using him on a train, they have Mike Young in a Hawaiian shirt, all things that I can appreciate.

Would normally agree UVa isn't worth the effort, but stealing their dreams of an OB bid and maintaining them as the only Coastal team to not win the division would qualify "as consequence" to me

When you have beaten the same opponent 15 times in a row, the need to troll them after a win isn't quite the same as when you slay a giant. You don't have to remind them you were there. Because you're ALWAYS there.
