There are rumors floating around regarding Journell. As of right the only fact is Journell is no longer a member of the football team. Unless new facts come out, it is irresponsible to propagate rumors, especially given the fact that Frank Beamer has run a clean shop.

I can see why 2 people downvoted this. It is clearly one of the most offensive things I've seen on the internet. Ever. No matter how many girls, cups, wrecking balls, scumbags, homophobics and UVA fans I've seen online, this one comment takes the cake as "most offensive."
There's a couple of really upset people on this site who are downvoting just about anything positive or supporting of the team.

Ah, I see. I think you mentioned a while back that you had considered removing the 'turkey leg per post' functionality. I think in at least one of those cases, it would have been self-regulate-able. But when someone posts a whole lot, no matter how many negative turkey legs are given, they can still make it up by just posting a whole lot more. Just my two cents, one of of those posters was consistently using Youtube-Comments-Section-Behavior.
Also, DW4 should get his brake lights fixed before he gets pulled over.

I agree, but it's not happening until after the season. Also, I haven't decided if I am going to adjust the current turkey legs distribution based on the new formula.
If you go that route, you might consider allowing the 1 leg per post up to the first 25 posts. That'd allow someone to get to the point of being able to give legs through sheer perseverance if they aren't getting it through the sort of well-reasoned and fact-based Wang jokes everyone else cashes in on.
EDIT to add: And by "everyone else" I by no means exclude myself.

Yeah, I thought of that, too, and I thought it made the most sense. Earned Turkey legs = # of current turkey legs - number of posts.
But this completely takes away my "accuracy by volume" approach!

I think the combination gives an accurate portrayal of your TKP habits. I get a feel being on here all the time how the current tracker is made up, but the data guy in me always wonders what lies beneath.
Either formula sounds fine for me. I just want to know when these get redeemable at Lane Stadium for actual turkey legs. Do we need to petition Ballein to make this a reality? (I know this has been said before but it's never not a good idea)
