Starting this early because I'll be traveling in the few days leading up to the game.
Who is planning on going to Charlotte for the game? My sister (Kentucky student) and girlfriend (diehard Marshall fan) are all making the trip to Charlotte for the game. We will be there on the 30th and was wondering if there will be a Hokie meetup at some point that day and/or for the tailgate the next day. My sister is still 20, so anything 21+ isn't a possibility, but she does not drink anyway and doesn't mind hanging out somewhere where drinking is happening.
I'm very much looking forward to this event as I have never been to a bowl game before and would love to share it with some other fellow Hokies. I plan on wearing something Marshall around to be easily identifiable, and I imagine by girlfriend will too.

Does anyone have any expert with the alumni tailgate? Saw that they've got a set up in BB&T stadium. I think $30 for unlimited food, beer, and wine doesn't sound like a bad deal?
