Bruce Smith was the #4 DE, behind Hugh Green, Reggie White, and Bubba Smith.

Odgen should have been first team over Pace, as good as Pace was.

Tommie Frazier is my top QB.

DT was interesting. Nagurski was a nod to the past, but his name (and running back pro career) was best known. Joe Greene would slide up and Aaron Donald would take his place on second team.

Also, as amazing as Lee Roy Selmon was, he was a five technique in a 5-2, which is functionally similar to a 3-4 DE now. He deserves a spot on this list, but calling him a DT is a little misleading.

At safety, I would flip Ronnie Lott with Kenny Easley. I think that is more a NFL legacy pick, where Easley was in Seattle and, while elite short term, was felled by a kidney illness.

Going by tecmo bowl, Ronnie Lott is the best defensive player ever. I had three TDs with him in one game yesterday.

Edit: stupid auto correct

No way Frazier is the top QB...

While we're at it I find it hard to put Peyton 2nd due to him never beating UF. "Can't spell Citrus without the U-T"

QB is so hard to pull, because it rarely translates to the NFL. Buck Belue won a national championship and wasn't anything close to an NFL QB. Ultimately, I look at how a QB carried his team. In that context, the best I have seen besides Tommie Frazier are (in no order) Vince Young, Tony Rice, Phillip Rivers, Michael Vick, Donovan McNabb, Tim Tebow, Ty Detmer, and Deshaun Watson. I am probably leaving some guys out (loved Jake Plummer but it is tough to put him on the list), but it is the most difficult position to assess as an individual.

Tommy Frazier certainly has to be in the mix. He was the best player for arguably the most dominant stretch of football in college football history.

His run in Nebraska's beatdown of #2 Florida in the de facto 1995 national championship game was basically beast mode from the quarterback position.

Tommy Frazier - Beast Mode ON

Blood clots ruined any chance at a NFL career for Frazier, but in college he was absolutely amazing.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me.

Calvin Johnson not being on the list is a big mistake. No one had a worse QB. I've looked and cant find a 4 year starter worse than Reggie.

BRUUUUUUUUCE!

Congrats.
