This might be the best team in basketball history if Parker and Hood return next season. Duke picked up another top 25 rated recruit in the 2014 class - bringing in the #1, 4, 14, and 24th rated recruits. If the Hokies could just bring in one of these highly rated players it would make us a middle of the pack program again and fighting for a NCAA bid.

The Acc doesn't seem as strong is the current perception. Even with the new programs that joined..it's just more of the Acc bias. All you would hear about is how great the Big East is but now that 3 of their top tear programs are now in the Acc...they suck. Lol
Once Tech beats Michigan St tomorrow all the recruits will be dying to come here. One can dream can't he?
MSU nearly lost at home to a mid-major. If the Hokies are hot and can stay even on the boards; they have a great chance to win. MSU isn't a team that's going to blow you out..they tend to grind out wins.

I would be shocked if Jabari Parker returns to school next year, considering he's widely projected as a top 3 pick. There's a very good chance he could be the #1 overall selection in the draft too, depending on how the season plays out and what team ends up with the top pick.
Yeah, he would be crazy to return but he did say he wanted to stay 3 years at Duke. I've got a hard time believing that one.
